On the cross, across all time and space, Jesus became sin.

Jesus took the sin of the world onto Himself.

He who knew no sin, became sin.

And God and Sin do not co-exist.

When God the Son became Sin, the Holy Spirit fled Him, and the Father turned His back. The sun went dark and the earth quaked.

And you got the rest wrong as well.

"My God, My God, why do You forsake Me???"

Not My Father.

When "It is Finished", then Jesus said "Father, into Thy hands I commit My Spirit."

For an infinite amount of time, God the Son was not part of the triune nature of God; God the Son was forsaken, because he had become Sin.

That is the psychic/spiritual agony of the cross that Jesus begged the Father to let him pass by, in the Garden of Gethsemane the night before.

But Jesus was faithful, even unto death, even unto death on a cross.

And then, Resurrected, Redeemed, and placed at the head of all things, given all Judgment, and given dominion over all things.

And He is taking His own to Himself, very soon.

And then 7 years later, He is going to establish His eternal throne upon this earth.
