"DoJ dropped the charges against General Flynn.
Making that official requires some paperwork.
The DoJ filed it with the court of appeals in order to make the dropping of charge official de jure, not just by publicly spoken word of mouth.
The court of appeals told the DoJ to fuck off and prosecute Flynn, which the DoJ will refuse to do.
As such the special prosecutor has been reappointed in paper but when the day of the hearing comes neither Flynn nor the DoJ nor the prosecutor will be there and the judge will politically convict General Flynn guilty, for nothing.
The media will then use that fake and unconstitutional conviction to butcher Flynn and Trump further than they already have, but it won't make a difference.
It will expose the corruption within the legal apparatus in a rather definitive way. What they've done to Flynn already is scandalous, but a false conviction on no charges without trial would be a much bigger cake than that."
