Anons, if you would like to send words of encouragement to Kyle Rittenhouse, you can send mail to the address below. You can NOT send money or anything else, but you can send a letter.

In this anon's past experience sending mail to unjustly confined detainees, although the website does not state mail requirements for that particular detention center, the following is suggested to make sure your communication is received.

Your return address must be on the letter. You do not need an inmate ID number for him to get it.

Know that your communication will be read by center admins before it is given to Kyle, so any threats or anything you don't want anyone else to know should not be included in the communication.

Make sure your letter and envelope are clean, I have had mail returned many times for this. One letter was returned due to a spot on the manilla envelope that was taken directly out of the box. Somewhere during the trip, a spot appeared on the envelope and it was returned. They still opened it and read it, but sent it back undelivered anyway, go figure. I had one returned due to a spot of mayo accidently placed on the letter as I was eating a ham sammich while putting the letter in the envelope. The claim is, people lace letters with drugs, and the detainee can consume the drugs by ingesting the spot on the paper. Seriously. Of course this incident happened during the US vs Bundy et al trials and the mail was going to the Portland jail, so that may have had extenuating circumstances, but err on the side of caution.

This young man and his family are enduring great trials, no pun intended. I know your words of encouragement will be greatly appreciated. I am confident that his case will turn out just like Nick Sandman's, but in the meantime lets lift him up as he was standing for all of us, even though he did not know it at the time. God bless Kyle and his family!
