The listing is a number of older, known incidents, some dating back more than a decade. Q posted them as examples of blackmail, but did not say they were newly unsealed happenings. The website is trying, however, to say these are all people associated with Maxwell. There is no evidence as such, and as another anon posted it's likely an attempt to poison the well.
Both Q and the article are likely pulling the information from the same place. That's all. Q's posts contain a lot more examples than what are on that site.
