I PRESENTED A DRAFT LAW THAT PROVIDES CHAIN FOR THOSE WHO DO APOLOGY TO NAZISM AND COMMUNISM

I presented today, SEP 1, the date of the invasion of Poland by Nazis and later communists, PL 4425/20, which criminalizes the apology for these murderous ideologies

This PL was inspired by Ukrainian law that prohibits communism and Nazism with a focus on freedom

As guardians of this, we must combat any ideology that destroys such a fundamental aspect in the life of the Brazilian. It is up to us, parliamentarians, to repudiate all types of genocide.

To paraphrase Russian philosopher Ayn Rand, who was one of the victims of this type of oppression, those who deny individual rights cannot claim to be defenders of minorities.

It is important to remember the evils of National Socialism (Nazism) and Communism. To sum up, both ideologies are explained in a few words: misery and deaths.

It is true that Nazism uses the struggle of races and communism to class to come to power.

In justifying the project, I still use factual examples of these misfortunes: the Holodomor in Ukraine (1st image) perpetrated by the Soviet communists and the Holocaust carried out by the German Nazis (2nd image).

Massacring any type of individual right, the two currents served as an instrument for the control of genocides, at different levels, around the world.

Following modest estimates, history records at least 100 million innocents killed in Nazi and Communist regimes. Even today, millions of people in different countries suffer from the horrors derived from socialism.

Systems that aim to exterminate their dissidents cannot be admitted as democratic or healthy.

Anyone who believes that banning communism is restricting the freedom of others, should consistently call for the decriminalization of Nazism.

My bill aims to prevent genocides, which are the result of Nazism and Communism, just as the penal code criminalizes individual murder by predicting the crime of murder.

Thus, both trends must be banned from society in order to ensure that the smallest minority on Earth remains protected, the individual.
