I'm checking the names from that site out by searching on them, the ones thus far do have associated news stories of the charges/crimes. Some are going back some time, but that just shows the lingstanding depths of depravity of elected officials.
There was/is a similar (large) list of UK politicians which also checks out (probably dropped on here or in UK bread some time ago and elsewhere). This is open source info at the end of the day, just someone has taken time to compile in one place/document/page.
