Biden wanted Trump to turn down the fact checker (because they'll be prejudiced), but Trump turned the tables on him ny asking for a drug test.
Biden refuses a drug test and ramps up the rumors, or he allows a drug test and has to show up himself, where a Trump fact checker will tear him apart.
Also think the drug test demand is Trump's way of saying that it wasn't Hillary in the 2016 debates.
There are stories that Biden swam naked in his home pool while female SS agents were on duty. Female agents complained.
Could very well be he walked around naked in the pool room. That he would smooze a female agent during that time isn't a stretch, IMO.
