Horowitz: Venezuela in America: CDC to confiscate property rights with new anti-eviction order

Rational thought, constitutional rights, basic freedoms, and ability to breathe unmasked air have been axed at the altar of the coronavirus cult. Now, it appears that the CDC has the power to destroy the property rights of landlords and force them to house chosen classes of people on their property, contrary to contractual agreements. We fought a revolution over this issue.

 

On Tuesday, the Trump administration announced that the CDC will put a moratorium on all private lease evictions in the United States until December 31. Which, in this day and age, will likely mean that a government canceling of rent or evictions to some degree will be enshrined as a permanent policy of government.

 

After reading various headlines reporting the announcement, you might have thought this was referring to federally run housing units or at least rentals or mortgages backed by the federal government. Nope. The federal government is suspending all private rental evictions for individuals earning less than $99,000 or families earning less than $198,000. In other words, it is confiscating the private property rights of countless American businessmen who are struggling just as much as renters.

 

We have heard incessant accusations from this administration and other Republicans that Joe Biden and the Democrats will transform this country into a socialist hellhole. But if this order is not socialist, than the term has no meaning. At least the eviction cancellation provision of the CARES Act in March was passed by a legislative body and only applied to federally funded housing, such as mortgages backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. This is an unaccountable executive action governing strictly private contracts.

The order will formally be published in the Federal Register on Friday.

 

Extra shocking, this order comes at a time when government is handing out free funding to everyone. So if officials plan to keep the country afloat through servicing debt, why is there a need to harm landlords? With all the handouts going around, they should just give the tenants the money to pay the landlords. Now government is taking its redistribution scheme a step further by using citizens' private property for handouts.

A number of prominent pro-QAnon accounts on Instagram, which have been spreading right-wing conspiracy theories at an accelerating rate, were suspended indefinitely Tuesday in accordance with Facebook’s new policies against groups with ties to violence.

One of latest highest-profile casualties of the platform’s misinformation cull was user @little.miss.patriot, who gained nearly 300,000 followers in the space of a few months by uploading pastel-colored infographics containing false claims about President Trump and Democrats.

 

β€˜I have no idea how long my page is disabled for, it will not let me log in, I have no information,’ the account holder, whose real name is not known, wrote on her back-up account, little.miss.patriot.2.

 

Facebook has been under immense pressure to clamp down on hate speech and dangerous conspiracy theories, both of which are found in abundance on both Facebook and Instagram.

The move comes just two weeks after tech-giant removed 900 pages and groups and 1,500 ads tied to the pro-Trump conspiracy group, in addition to restricting the reach of more than 10,000 QAnon Instagram pages.

 

Another popular QAnon account, @qthewakeup, similarly announced Tuesday that they were no longer able to access their main page, writing on another account, β€˜Can’t stop, won’t stop.’

 

A previous account belonging to @greatawakening3, who claimed to boast 117,000 followers, was deactivated too, seemingly permanently.

β€˜Here we go again,’ the anonymous account user said in a post.

 

Several smaller conspiracy theory pages, while still active, have also had their posts flagged as β€˜false information’ by Instagram’s fact checkers.

When such an instance occurs, the app blocks out the user’s post with a warning message and explainer debunking the false claim. A user can still, however, view the post if they should wish.

Right-wing journalist Liz Crokin also posted in an Instagram story that her account was β€˜under attack’, though she offered no further information to substantiate her claim.

 

Facebook confirmed to Buzzfeed Wednesday that the accounts, and numerous others, had been taken down in-line with the company’s new policy against accounts β€˜tied to offline anarchist groups that support violent acts amidst protests, US-based militia organizations and QAnon.’

 

QAnon, which first emerged on 4chan in 2017, is the far-right conspiracy theory that a cabal of Satan-worshiping child-sex traffickers are plotting against President Trump, who is trying to expose them.

 

No part of the theory is based on fact, though a 4chan user by the name of β€˜Q’ claimed to have access to information involving the Trump administration and its opponents in the US.

The user accused a number of liberal Hollywood actors, Democratic politicians, and other high-ranking officials of being a part of the cabal.

In all areas where HCQ is used – the United States is not one of them, thanks to Anthony Fauci and the left – the official death rate from the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) is a shocking 73 percent lower, on average, than in areas where HCQ is prohibited.

 

When HCQ is used early, the death rate from the Wuhan coronavirus is even lower, the study reveals – up to 77.3 percent lower than in places like the U.S. and Canada where HCQ is off limits, in fact.

 

What this all suggests, of course, is that Fauci, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and all other entities currently in the way of HCQ being made available to Americans are guilty of murder.

This is ironic when considering that the left is blaming President Donald Trump for the 180,000 reported deaths from the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) – a number that has since been reduced about 95 percent by the CDC, which recently indicated that there have actually only been a few thousand deaths in people who were diagnosed with the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) while having no other pre-existing conditions.

 

All in all, the death rate associated with the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) appears to be exceptionally low, and even lower in areas of the world where HCQ is used early to treat patients.

 

Medical establishment STILL bashing HCQ as ineffective and dangerous

Despite having already been caught lying about the alleged dangers and ineffectiveness of HCQ in treating the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19), the medical deep state is still at it in bashing this simple, inexpensive generic drug.

 

Most recently, a paper published in Clinical Microbiology and Infection, the official journal of the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ESCMID), claims that taking HCQ with the antibiotic drug azithromycin does not lower mortality in Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) patients.

 

Both alone and in combination with azithromycin, the study contends, HCQ is not effective and sometimes increases the risk of mortality. This stands in stark contrast to the experience of Dr. Stella Immanuel, who says she has successfully treated hundreds of Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) patients with HCQ.

 

β€œI’m here because I have personally treated over 350 patients with COVID,” Dr. Immanuel stated during the America’s Frontline Doctors (AFD) event that was widely censored from social media after its initial airing.

 

β€œPatients that have diabetes, patients that have high blood pressure, patients that have asthma, all people,” she added. β€œWe’ve not lost one patient! And on top of that, I’ve put myself, my staff, and many doctors that I know on hydroxychloroquine for prevention.”

 

A quick internet search for the latest news on HCQ only suggests the opposite, however. Article after article, and study after study, has absolutely nothing good to say about HCQ, likening it to a death drug for the purpose of keeping it out of the hands of patients desperately in need of a cure.

 

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump’s β€œOperation Warp Speed” plan to unveil new Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines at β€œwarp speed” is moving right along, with the first marketable candidates to be ready for mass distribution in a matter of just a few more months – possibly even in time for the election, according to statements recently made by Trump to the media.

Tribal leader in Socotra claims island opened up to Israel

 

Reports originating in the Turkish state media are claiming that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia are allowing Israel’s intelligence agencies growing access into Yemen, with the UAE in particular giving Israeli agents access to the strategic island of Socotra.

 

There is still not a lot of evidence of how far-reaching this is. One Socotra tribal elder was quoting in the media saying this is the case. Socotra’s tribes have been trying to build up opposition to the UAE’s assertion of control over the island during the ongoing Yemen War.

 

Socotra has regional strategic value, which is why the UAE wants a presence there, and presumably why Israel would also want a presence there. Couple this with the Israel-UAE peace, and the allegation practically writes itself.

 

It isn’t clear what this really is, however, whether this marks a major Israel influx into Yemen or part of a shift by the UAE. Turkey is at odds with the UAE in some countries, and this would be a good opportunity for them to push a story where the UAE is abusing its new Israel ties, but for now it’s not clear how far this really goes.

The Marine Corps is building a new state-of-the-art facility where it will run classified wargaming scenarios in preparation for a fight with a high-tech enemy.

 

A new Marine Corps Wargaming and Analysis Center is expected to be up and running in Quantico, Virginia, by 2024. The 100,000-square foot center, which will be built on the Marine Corps University campus, will host more than a dozen wargames every year – including two large-scale, 250-person exercises, a new announcement on the center states.

 

"Simulations will offer a realistic representation of future operating environments," the notice adds.

 

Lt. Gen. Eric Smith, the head of Marine Corps Combat Development Command, told Military.com earlier this year that the wargaming center will have sophisticated modeling and simulation tools.

 

"You can change one or two variables and run that thing hundreds of times," he said.

 

That will include seeing the results of adding or removing personnel on a simulated battlefield, Smith added, or testing the effect of an enemy missile traveling further than originally thought. The wargames will lead to better real-world experiments with Marines, he said.

 

"The wargaming center will also allow us to work at all levels of security, meaning from unclassified all the way up to the highest levels of security for specific programs that are very closely held," Smith said.

Kushner discusses Palestinian negotiations with Saudi crown prince

 

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman has discussed with US Senior Adviser Jared Kushner the need to resume negotiations between Palestinians and Israelis, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported yesterday.

 

The two officials also discussed mutual relations and several other issues related to the stability and security of the region.

On 13 August, US President Donald Trump announced a peace deal between the UAE and Israel brokered by Washington.

 

Abu Dhabi said the deal was an effort to stave off Tel Aviv’s planned annexation of the occupied West Bank, however, opponents believe normalisation efforts have been in the offing for many years as Israeli officials have made official visits to the UAE and attended conferences in the country which had no diplomatic or other ties with the occupation state.

 

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu however denied this saying annexation is not off the table, but has simply been delayed.

Operation Legend: Update on Federal Charges

 

On July 8, 2020, Attorney General William P. Barr announced the launch of Operation Legend, a sustained, systematic and coordinated law enforcement initiative in which federal law enforcement agencies work in conjunction with state and local law enforcement officials to fight violent crime. The initiative is named in honor of four-year-old LeGend Taliferro, who was shot and killed while he slept early in the morning of June 29 in Kansas City.

On Friday, the Chinese government added algorithms that display personalized content to its list of β€œexport-controlled” items, meaning that they need government approval before being sold off to a foreign company.

 

That put a big question mark over TikTok’s "For You" feature, a personalization algorithm that can curate new content for users for hours on end and arguably the most valuable part of TikTok as a product.

 

While it has not been confirmed, it is understood by many that the Chinese government is now liable to block the inclusion of the For You page in any potential deal, effectively giving whatever U.S. company acquires TikTok a shell of a service. The new wrinkle will likely result in a significant delay in the sale with less than two weeks left. At that point, without a U.S. buyer, TikTok will be banned in the U.S., per an executive order from President Donald Trump.

 

According to some reports, one of the solutions being considered by the various suitors for TikTok is a sort of transitional period of three years, at which point the eventual buyer will reconvene with the Chinese government on the matter. Another idea on the table is for the algorithm to be licensed from TikTok’s Chinese owner, ByteDance, instead of buying it, but this path would leave the national security issues at the heart of the matter unresolved.

Thousands of lawsuits will be filed against alleged child molesters as well as the institutions that employed them under a new California law taking effect next year, attorneys predicted Monday.

 

The California School Boards Association called the new law an β€œexistential threat” to smaller school districts. Attorneys said the Roman Catholic Church, Boy Scouts of America and other institutions will also face a flood of lawsuits that could force bankruptcies.

 

They are newly possible because the law that Gov. Gavin Newsom approved on Sunday gives victims of childhood sexual abuse until age 40, up from age 26, to file lawsuits. It also gives victims of all ages three years to sue, starting Jan. 1.

 

More than 400 lawsuits were filed in New York state in August on just the first day that state opened a one-year window for victims to sue. New York and New Jersey this year both raised their statutes of limitations to age 55, with New Jersey’s law taking effect in December.

 

About 1,000 lawsuits, the vast majority against the Catholic church, were filed when California lifted the statute of limitations for one year in 2003, recalled John Manly, who represents Olympic gold medalist Aly Raisman and other survivors of USA Gymnastics sexual abuse, as well as alleged victims of former University of Southern California gynecologist George Tyndall.

San Francisco Officials Make Huge Salaries but Can’t Keep Human Waste, Drug Needles Off the Streets

 

San Francisco’s London Breed is America’s highest paid mayor β€” being paid a $342,974 salary, plus $109,447 in perks, for a grand total of $452,421 β€” but her city set an all-time record last year with nearly 31,000 reports of human waste on the streets and sidewalks.

 

Breed is far from the exception among the City by the Bay’s workforce, as nearly 19,000 of her colleagues get total compensation of $150,000 or more annually, according to public records compiled by Open the Books.

 

Open the Books is a Burr Ridge, Illinois, non-profit government watchdog that has compiled and posted on the Internet compensation data for 64 million public employees in America.

 

San Francisco is home to Democratic Vice-Presidential Nominee Kamala Harris, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), and California Gov. Gavin Newsom. City voters have not elected a Republican mayor since the last one, George Christopher, left office in 1964.

 

Other notables among San Francisco’s highly paid city workforce, according to Open the Books, include:

 

Former city public works director Mohammed Nuru β€” the self-proclaimed β€œMr. Clean” of city politics β€” received $380,000 annually before resigning in February following his arrest by the FBI on fraud charges linked to a porta-potty contract. His former department is responsible for removing human feces and used hypodermic needles from city streets and sidewalks.

31 members of Breed’s mayoral staff receive at least $200,000 annually.

Police Chief William Scott was paid $434,613, while four of his assistant chiefs received between $346,528 and $445,539 annually (one gets more than Scott due to greater seniority).

San Francisco Sheriff Paul Miyamoto received $357,570. (San Francisco is both a city and a county and thus has police and sheriffs’ departments.)

Homeless Services & Supportive Housing Director Jeff Kosinsky is paid $238,182 annually.

 

Those figures come at a time when San Francisco’s city government has a $1.5 billion deficit. Even so, Open the Books President Adam Andrzejewski said Sept. 1 in announcing the data, that the deficit β€œisn’t stopping 18,759 highly compensated employees from each bringing home pay packages worth $150,000 (or more) annually.

The Trump administration pulled $62 million in funding from the World Health Organization on Wednesday and is taking further steps to withdraw from the body, which the United States accuses of helping China obfuscate information about the coronavirus pandemic.

 

The United States is on track to cut its funding and personnel from the agency before July 2021, when President Donald Trump's order earlier this year ending the U.S. relationship with WHO is set to begin, according to senior administration officials working on the matter. The United States will not consider rejoining the organization until it "gets its act together," according to Nerissa Cook, deputy assistant secretary of state in the Bureau of International Organization Affairs.

 

U.S. officials informed the WHO of the administration's decision Wednesday and reiterated demands that the organization implement a series of widespread reforms to limit China's interference in the body. American diplomats have been pressuring the organization for months over its efforts to help China hide evidence of the coronavirus's origins. The Trump administration maintains the WHO was complicit in Beijing's efforts to promulgate lies about the virus in the early days of its spread. The WHO went along with China's claim that it was the first country to publicly report the virus. U.S. pressure on the WHO has irritated China and European powers that continue to maintain the organization is an effective oversight body.

 

"The position of the White House is that the WHO needs to reform, and that is starting with demonstrating its independence from the Chinese Communist Party," Cook said. "And it needs to make improvements in its ability to prepare for, to prevent, to detect, and to respond to outbreaks of dangerous pathogens."

 

The United States paid around 22 percent of the WHO's regular budget, more than $100 million a year. In 2020, the United States sent more than $120 million to the organization, $58 million of which had been disbursed prior to Trump's decision to freeze funding to the organization in April. The remaining money "will be reprogrammed to the U.N." for other programs and organizations the United States still supports, according to Cook.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio told President Trump "we will see you in court" on Thursday after the president threatened the federal funding for Seattle, Portland, New York City and Washington, D.C. as part of an effort to target β€œanarchist jurisdictions” that he claims have β€œpermitted violence and the destruction of property” during recent protests.

"Your words don't carry much weight on this topic because the Supreme Court has spoken," de Blasio said. "The president of the United States can't interfere with funding for cities and states just because he feels like it."

 

In addition to de Blasio's remarks, the Democratic mayors of the four cities issued a statement on Thursday.

 

"Our cities, and the millions of Americans who we represent, are not President Trump’s political pawns," they said in a statement. "We are confronting unprecedented challengesβ€”fighting back a pandemic and economic devastation without another stimulus. Now, instead of leadership from the White House, we are faced with new attacks that are unlawful, unconstitutional and will be undoubtedly defeated in court.

 

"President Trump needs to wake up to the reality facing our cities β€” and our entire country β€” and realize he is not above the law," the statement continued.

 

In a memo to the attorney general and the White House budget director, the president called for a review of all federal funds provided to the four cities, saying, β€œit is imperative that the federal government review the use of federal funds by jurisdictions that permit anarchy, violence, and destruction in America's cities.”

 

All four cities have experienced varying amounts of violence and destruction of property amid the summer-long protests against police brutality, systemic racism and Trump himself.

 

β€œMy administration will not allow federal tax dollars to fund cities that allow themselves to deteriorate into lawless zones,” Trump wrote in the memo.

Kamala Harris stopped enforcing a widely supported sex offender law during her tenure as California's attorney general, allowing sex predators to live near children.

Secret Service Inadvertently Confirms Gateway Pundit Story About Biden Sexually Assaulting Agent’s Girlfriend

 

In 2017, the Gateway Pundit exclusively reported that a Secret Service agent was suspended for a week in 2009 for shoving then-Vice President Joe Biden after he cupped his girlfriend’s breast while the couple was taking a photo with him.

 

The situation got so heated, a source who was a Secret Service agent at the time told TGP, that others had to step in to prevent the agent from hitting the then-Vice President.

 

Speaking on the condition of anonymity, the agent asserted that, β€œWe had to cancel the VP Christmas get together at the Vice President’s house because Biden would grope all of our wives and girlfriend’s asses.” The annual party was for agents and Navy personnel who were tasked with protecting the Biden family.

US Divorce Rates, Depression Soar Amid COVID-19 Pandemic

The combination of stress, unemployment, financial strain, death of loved ones, illness, homeschooling children, mental illnesses, and more has put a significant strain on relationships. The data showed that 31 percent of the couples admitted lockdown has caused irreparable damage to their relationships. Interest in separation during quarantine peaked on April 13 β€” just about 15-20 days into when the vast majority of states began lockdowns.

 

β€œThis uptick could coincide with what health and human services professionals refer to as the β€˜disillusionment phase’ of the Phases of Disaster– the time when optimism turns to discouragement, stress heightens, and negative reactions often occur,” the group wrote.

Houston Health Department launches COVID-19 antibody testing survey

 

The Houston Health Department is collaborating with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Rice University, and Baylor College of Medicine to conduct an antibody testing survey to understand how many people in the city were previously infected with the virus that causes COVID-19.

 

The survey will identify people infected in the past with COVID-19 by the presence of antibodies, proteins the body’s immune system makes to fight infections. Antibody testing does not replace oral or nasal swab viral testing that looks for current infection.

 

Teams consisting of Houston Health Department staff and Houston Fire Department paramedics will visit randomly selected homes across Houston, asking household members to answer survey questions and provide a blood sample. Phase one is set to take place Sept. 8-24, with phase two starting in the winter of 2021.

 

β€œIf we knock on your door, I strongly encourage you and your loved ones to participate in this important survey,” said Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner. β€œThe data you provide by participating will help inform strategies to mitigate the effects of COVID-19.”

 

Only homes approached by the teams are eligible to participate, and participation is voluntary. The teams will be identifiable by their Better. Together. shirts.

August, 2016: Ohr met with Justice officials again, who asked him to conduct a briefing to include others. At this briefing Ohr expressed the same concerns regarding conflict of interest and of bias.Present at the meeting were Weissmann,; Bruce Swartz; and Zainab Ahmad, also future member of Mueller's team and future prosecutor against Michael Flynn.The significance of Ahmad and especially Weissmann is that before having joined the Special Counsel team, they already knew the bias of the Dossier.

 

Yet, after joining in the investigation with Mueller, they continued basing their case on this Dossier, though they didn't openly admit to it. The FBI presented it as verified, deceiving the FISA court, violating the regulatory procedure (the Woods procedure), which became the subject of investigation in and of itself.
