I had one of these. It wasn't a card, just my State Cop's name & phone number. He said it was to be used only for things like speeding no more than 15 mph over the limit and doing it safely. Not for reckless driving, drunk driving,. anything like that.
Used once. The young cop said it would be unfair. I explained what the restrictions were. I was the only car on the road going 70. Once I explained that the officer thought for a minute, smiled, and sent me on my way. Used it only that one time/
