Anyone notice that the 4 countries with the most CV cases other than the US are Brazil, Russia, and India. If you add the country of coronavirus origin—China—to that list, you get all the BRICS countries except South Africa (arguably the nation of least consequence of the bloc). So, Coronavirus is most prevalent in the BRIC Countries and the US. Interesting.
Yes, of course the large population of some of those countries is related to the overall number of CV cases that are possible. Not Russia, though. Anyway, I find it quite a coincidence that the most cases exist in a political bloc of nations created to rival the economic power of the other country on the list, the US. Of course India does seem chummy with the Trump admin, so there’s that. Still, it’s worth keeping in mind.
