OMG just a couple of minutes ago on local radio "only 18%of voters are expected to vote in person, the majority of votes will be cast by mail-in ballots. So the results that come in on November 3rd could be completely the opposite of how the election actually turns out".
They are setting up to heavily rig the election, and telling us exactly how they intend to pull it off.
