if they can use drones 24/7 to 'monitor driving behaviors' in Australia, why can't US gov/mil, or Ca, Wa, Or govts use drones to monitor, video/photo, ID devices in possession, or even spray tag with nonwashable marking like those used in bank bags or fire alarms, arsonists?
