Q - Why is this man not being railed on the socials like people who have been caught doing things that are 1/10th this horrible (or who haven't had any damning evidence made public at all)?

What horrible system or set of procedures protects abject monstrousness like this?

I'm trying to keep the faith, and to keep calm from day to day, but it's just too much some times.
