Aircraft obscured in the top left looks like an S-64 (Skycrane), if not possibly a K-max (more like a crane)... any plane fags have access to the state fire aircraft dispatch listing for around when the day that image surfaced to find which complex's the aircraft where working on? Should give area's to look, then flight tracks to find a ground position, lots of identifiable items there to locate.

The ridgeline between the two muppets middle and left has been painted with retardant too, so there would have been some heavy iron in there, easy to track then if the aircraft working that complex can be ascertained to identify the area further.

A per my post above, if someone US based can obtain some sites for where they list fire aircraft dispatched to what complexes, i can assist… Fire-heli pilot fag here. There isn't too many S-64's, so that will narrow it down immediately to which fires they have been working. Then we isolate further with the LATS dropping the mud on the ridgeline, two birds will narrow it right down.

Ok so CALFIRE? I need some direction with the aircraft directories, i can help isolate aircraft if i have something.

Date/time and approximate area guess, then we can look at which complexes had which aircraft, they may still be attached at present.

Not US based so need some Cal bros to help a mate out.
