Point the guy was making, is that he was carrying, as they all were. But the tactics employed were very disorienting. So they had to react in a way that preventing them from getting into life altering legal trouble. But they were also in fear for their lives. He was saying it was a very difficult situation, given the tactics employed. Like they are trained and trying to fuck you up, but also fuck up hard if you do fire upon them. So you have to be smart. First, don't put yourself in the situation. Second if you are in the situation, be prepared with some type of eye protection, cuz those lasers can blind you. And also they can disorient you quickly and efficiently, no matter how well strapped you are. So don't go there or get familiar with what you are up against.
