Short College Board Digg:

Love it when a group with over $1.4 Billion Dollars in total assets (page 11) and that has enough money to pay its top 5 independent 'contractors' in excess of $400 Million Dollars (page 8) somehow gets tax exempt status. Makes digging sooo much easier. One of the College Board contractors happens to be Shi International Corp. which (Do Not color me surprised) happens to show up in the USAspending.gov database to the tune of $423 Million dollars; fully 59% of those gov. contracts were DoD. College Board paid them a mere $7 Million.

Not to be outdone, Dept. of State made grants to College Board: 2007 = $1.5 Million, 2008 = $1.3 Million, 2009 = $2.3 Million, 2010 = $1.5 Million. IDK what did they do in 2009 to get the increased grant $ (document 9 of 20 on page 1). Then there is Helena Curtain's resume/CV also in the DoS FOIA reading room (doc. 4 of 20 on page 1) Chinese National Conference: College Board and Asia Society, Washington DC April 2008. Doesn't really need much interpretation. j/s

Then there is USAspending.gov database which has College Board in for just under $1 Million dollars in 2008. Familiar date, huh?

We had no idea how bad it was and she wasn't supposed to lose but she do.
