Now THIS is Q's primary purpose afaic. To get the people, ALL the people, whether left, right or centrist, to wake up and re-engage with government or, as Q says, "you have forgotten how to play the game." The only way to regain government of, by and for the people is for the people to relearn how and why they MUST participate at every level of government.
