They know they have a radical agenda
-They need a group who can be the masses needed to implement change, so they target the disenfranchised groups who are looking for something to improve their position
-For whatever reason they aren't finding enough people who are willing and/or able to push the message in academia, so…
-knowing that both black and latino groups are 'disenfranchised' AND are accepting (and quite frankly, prefer) the more mixed people within their groups, they can easily embed themselves and spread this leftist ideology.

Sadly,for whatever reason, blacks and latinos are more apt to follow leaders who are lighter skinned/mixed.
If you have two people, light skinned and one dark skinned, say the same thing, a lot of black folks will listen to the lighter guy (ESPECIALLY the women).
This really opens them up to infiltration because all it takes is to frizz your hair, tan your skin, and mimic the attitude and you're in and on the fast track to leadership.
