It's just crazy how much corruption there really is. 2020 is the year of census which is held every 10 years according to constitution. Basically every 10 years population is counted but the problem here is that they have slowly removed the question about citizenship which means all illegal aliens are counted too. So now you might be wondering why does this matter, other than making inaccurate statistics? Well let me just quote what the Supreme Court said about this: "The population count derived from the census is used not only to apportion representatives but also to allocate federal funds to the States and to draw electoral districts. Wisconsin v. City of New York, 517 U. S. 1, 5–6 (1996). The census additionally serves as a means of collecting demographic information, which “is used for such varied purposes as computing federal grant-in-aid benefits, draft-ing of legislation, urban and regional planning, business planning, and academic and social studies.” Baldrige v. Shapiro, 455 U. S. 345, 353–354, n. 9 (1982)" As you can see, number of population in each state determines how many seats they get in congress, electoral districts, how much federal grand-in aid they get and much more. According to statistics, there are atleast over 10 million illegal immigrants in the United States and these stats are from 2016. California alone had over 3 million while Texas comes 2nd with 1.5 million.

This citizenship question was brought up to the Supreme Court last april(after lower courts had rejected it) and they made a decision on june 27th of 2019. Unfortunately DS justices slammed it down too. It was later reported Trump admin was no longer trying to pursue this through courts but trying to find other ways to get past it.

 

So they got illegal aliens inflating their real population numbers in certain states to falsely get more seats in congress so what else can they do to cheat the system? That's right, they can just let you vote without an ID. States such as CA, OR, NV, WY, MN, NE, NM, IL, NC, MD, DC, PA, NJ, MA, NY, VT and ME require zero documents to vote. Absolutely nothing stops you from voting thousand times and this is what illegal aliens have for sure taken advantage of to help democrats. It's also fair to mention majority of other states are not any better, for example even though Alaska requires an ID(no photo required) you can still vote without an ID "if election official knows you" and if you just get one corrupted election official there, well you can imagine what it means.

 

Every logical person at this point can draw very clear questions: If you aren't legally in the country, why would you be counted as part of the population, the population which determines how many seats the state you're illegally staying in gets in congress, amongst many other things mentioned above? Why would all courts up to the Supreme Court support this idea of counting illegals part of the population? Why would 17 states let you vote without any type of documentation, making it very likely same people vote who knows how many times because nothing is stopping them? What is the only conclusion we can draw from this?

Gucci heiress files lawsuit accusing stepfather of sexual abuse

Alexandra Zarini, heiress to the Gucci fashion brand, has filed a lawsuit accusing her former stepfather of sexually abusing her for 16 years.

The granddaughter of Aldo Gucci, who turned a small Italian leather goods company into a global fashion empire, filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles.

In the suit Ms Zarini, now 35, alleges that Joseph Ruffalo sexually abused her from the age of six to the age of 22.

She also alleges complicity and cover-up on the part of her mother, Patricia Gucci, and her grandmother, Bruna Palombo.

According to documents filed with the California Superior Court, Mr Ruffalo, a music manager who worked with Prince and Earth, Wind & Fire, would climb naked into bed with her when she was a child and teenager and grope her breasts and genitals, while also rubbing his penis against her body.

Ms Zarini claims that her mother was aware of the abuse, and her grandmother told her “to keep quiet and cover them up”.

She maintains that both women threatened her to keep her quiet, fearing that the scandal would tarnish the Gucci name and potentially cost them millions.

The lawsuit also alleges physical abuse on the part of her mother and that Mr Ruffalo, then still married to Ms Gucci, would “rescue” her and abuse her under the pretense of looking after her.

She also alleges that he encouraged her to use cocaine and crystal meth.

Filing of the lawsuit coincides with the launch of Ms Zarini’s anti-child abuse charity, the Alexandra Gucci Children’s Foundation.

In a video released on YouTube , Ms Zarini says that society is failing children. She adds that the problem of child sexual abuse exists everywhere.

The lawsuit was first reported in The New York Times, which also confirmed that Ms Zarini has also filed a report with the Beverly Hills police department.

A statement emailed to the Times from Ms Gucci says: “I am deeply sorry for the pain Joseph Ruffalo caused Alexandra. What he did to her is inexcusable and I was devastated when she disclosed everything to me at our family doctor’s office in London in September 2007.”

She added: “I immediately initiated divorce proceedings against Mr. Ruffalo and set about healing my family through counseling. I am equally devastated by the allegations against me and her grandmother, which are completely false.”

Richard Crane Jr, a lawyer for Mr Ruffalo, said: “My client has not been served and has not read the complaint. Therefore, he is not aware of all of the allegations that the complaint contains. What he has been informed of, he vehemently and categorically denies.”

He continues: “While married to Alexandra’s mother, Mr Ruffalo and his wife were greatly concerned about the mental well-being of Alexandra and took steps to address her instability. Apparently, their efforts failed.”

The Gucci brand is currently owned by Kering, having been taken public by Bahrain-based Investcorp to which the Gucci family divested its final stake in 1993.

Former FBI Director James Comey has agreed to testify before a Senate committee, without a subpoena, regarding the bureau’s probe into Russian election meddling and the campaign of President Donald Trump, according to Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.).

 

Graham said in remarks to Fox News on Wednesday that “the day of reckoning is upon us when it comes to Crossfire Hurricane,” referring to the code name for the FBI investigation, which was later taken over by former special counsel Robert Mueller, who probed allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia to sway the 2016 presidential election. Mueller ultimately didn’t establish any such collusion.

 

Comey will testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Sept. 30, according to Graham, who said the former director can expect to be grilled, but treated with respect.

 

“I appreciate Mr. Comey coming before the committee,” Graham said. “He will be respectfully treated, but asked hard questions.”

 

Graham told Fox News he requested Mueller appear before the committee, but he declined. The South Carolina senator said he would seek Mueller’s testimony after the former special counsel wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post defending his office’s prosecution of Trump associate Roger Stone, whose sentence the president commuted.

 

“I feel compelled to respond both to broad claims that our investigation was illegitimate and our motives were improper, and to specific claims that Roger Stone was a victim of our office. The Russia investigation was of paramount importance. Stone was prosecuted and convicted because he committed federal crimes. He remains a convicted felon, and rightly so,” Mueller wrote.

 

Democrats on the judiciary committee requested Mueller’s testimony, arguing that if Republicans are probing the FBI’s investigation into the Trump campaign, which morphed into Mueller’s probe, the former special counsel should be given the opportunity to defend his work.

 

“Apparently Mr. Mueller is willing—and also capable—of defending the Mueller investigation through an oped in the Washington Post,” Graham wrote in a July 12 tweet. “Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee have previously requested Mr. Mueller appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee to testify about his investigation. That request will be granted.”

 

Graham also told Fox News that former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe was approached for a voluntary interview and talks with him are still underway.

 

The Senate Judiciary Committee, which is chaired by Graham, is one of two Republican-led Senate committees looking into the FBI’s probe. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), the chairman of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, is also conducting an investigation. His committee voted on Wednesday to give Johnson the power to subpoena dozens of former and current officials, including Comey and McCabe, as well as former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.

 

Democrats have denounced both probes as partisan efforts targeting Trump’s political foes.

 

“Our investigation is focused on uncovering and revealing the truth. But Democrats seem intent at every turn to frustrate and interfere with our oversight efforts,” Johnson pushed back, in remarks at a business meeting Wednesday conducted by his committee.

Former FBI Director James Comey has agreed to testify before a Senate committee, without a subpoena, regarding the bureau’s probe into Russian election meddling and the campaign of President Donald Trump, according to Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.).

Graham said in remarks to Fox News on Wednesday that “the day of reckoning is upon us when it comes to Crossfire Hurricane,” referring to the code name for the FBI investigation, which was later taken over by former special counsel Robert Mueller, who probed allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia to sway the 2016 presidential election. Mueller ultimately didn’t establish any such collusion.

Comey will testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Sept. 30, according to Graham, who said the former director can expect to be grilled, but treated with respect.

“I appreciate Mr. Comey coming before the committee,” Graham said. “He will be respectfully treated, but asked hard questions.”

Graham told Fox News he requested Mueller appear before the committee, but he declined. The South Carolina senator said he would seek Mueller’s testimony after the former special counsel wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post defending his office’s prosecution of Trump associate Roger Stone, whose sentence the president commuted.

“I feel compelled to respond both to broad claims that our investigation was illegitimate and our motives were improper, and to specific claims that Roger Stone was a victim of our office. The Russia investigation was of paramount importance. Stone was prosecuted and convicted because he committed federal crimes. He remains a convicted felon, and rightly so,” Mueller wrote.

Democrats on the judiciary committee requested Mueller’s testimony, arguing that if Republicans are probing the FBI’s investigation into the Trump campaign, which morphed into Mueller’s probe, the former special counsel should be given the opportunity to defend his work.

“Apparently Mr. Mueller is willing—and also capable—of defending the Mueller investigation through an oped in the Washington Post,” Graham wrote in a July 12 tweet. “Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee have previously requested Mr. Mueller appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee to testify about his investigation. That request will be granted.”

Graham also told Fox News that former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe was approached for a voluntary interview and talks with him are still underway.

The Senate Judiciary Committee, which is chaired by Graham, is one of two Republican-led Senate committees looking into the FBI’s probe. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), the chairman of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, is also conducting an investigation. His committee voted on Wednesday to give Johnson the power to subpoena dozens of former and current officials, including Comey and McCabe, as well as former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.

Democrats have denounced both probes as partisan efforts targeting Trump’s political foes.

“Our investigation is focused on uncovering and revealing the truth. But Democrats seem intent at every turn to frustrate and interfere with our oversight efforts,” Johnson pushed back, in remarks at a business meeting Wednesday conducted by his committee.

This is a tough one. Public schools have very limited options when it comes to promoting just one religion and "the other side" often refers back to Supreme Court decision Engel v. Vitale which set the foundation to it. While visiting the hospital, she highlighted doctors’ efforts to treat infants who suffer from neonatal abstinence syndrome. The sickness stems from a child’s exposure to drugs in the womb.

An automated voice message at the state health agency informed residents they would not be allowed to opt out of the spraying. Local officials in the past have voiced concern over the potential effects of the spray, including its ability to harm honeybees. Michigan last year allowed residents to opt out of spraying.

 

The state said that “health risks are not expected” from the spray when it announced treatment plans on Monday. But it warned residents to cover ornamental fish ponds, as well as consider canceling outdoor activities to mitigate the risk of mosquito bites.

Disgraced film producer Harvey Weinstein has been stripped of his CBE after he was convicted of rape in New York.

 

Weinstein, 68, who was sentenced to 23 years in prison by a US court in February, was granted an honorary CBE for his contribution to the British film industry in 2004.

 

A notice in The Gazette, the UK's official public record, today announced the Queen had directed the honour to be 'cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.'

 

It read: 'The Queen has directed that the appointment of Harvey Weinstein to be an Honorary Commander of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated January 19 2004, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.'

 

A string of actresses made harassment claims against Weinstein ahead of his conviction earlier this year, including Ashley Judd, Angelina Jolie, Gwyneth Paltrow and Léa Seydoux.

 

More than 80 women came forward – with many saying they were blacklisted from lucrative projects if they rejected his advances.

 

Weinstein was awarded the honorary CBE in 2004 for services to the British film industry.

 

His credits include classic films Pulp Fiction, The English Patient, Good Will Hunting, Gangs Of New York and Shakespeare In Love.

 

Throughout his career his films garnered more than 300 Oscar nominations, with Meryl Streep jokingly referring to him as 'God' at the 2012 Golden Globes.

 

Honours can been removed on the advice of the forfeiture committee and with the approval of the Queen. The committee considers whether the holder of an honour has brought the system into disrepute.

 

Others who have had honours stripped include Russian spy Anthony Blunt and Fred Goodwin, who steered the Royal Bank of Scotland to an annual loss of £24.1billion.

 

Senior Labour MP Chi Onwurah has been calling for the CBE to be removed from Weinstein since 2017, when several women came forward to allege serious sexual misconduct.

 

Announcing his CBE in 2004, Weinstein said: 'My life and my career have been greatly influenced and enriched by great British film-makers and authors and so I am especially honoured and humbled to be receiving the CBE.'

 

Prosecutors in Los Angeles have filed a request to extradite Weinstein from New York, in a bid to try the disgraced Hollywood producer on five counts of sexual assault.

 

If successful, it would pave the way for Weinstein, the money and the power behind some of the biggest Hollywood films of the past 25 years, to be put on trial again.
