Anon, I'm trying to find the exact page 102 in Ginsberg's book. It appears that the words " The age of consent for sexual acts must be lowered to 12years old", are the words of the author of the PDF. Did Ginsberg's book have this quote? If those words aren't in her book, then the interpretation may be incorrect. It appears Ginsberg was quoting from the statute itself but only changed the gender reference, and not the age.

If I could see the actual page from Ginsberg's book, and I don't know how to find that, I would be able to ascertain the facts. Does anyone have a link to the actual page?

Um, no. The Mercy Seat is in Heaven because Christ Jesus is the High Priest of the Heavenly Altar and Tabernacle. He was NOT a priest on earth. That would have been illegal, and had He done that, He would have sinned.

It seems she's quoting the same document on that PDF written by that lawmaker. I still see no evidence Ginsburg said "The age of consent for sexual acts must be lowered to 12years old". That was the title of that point given by the PDF author. I don't believe it is what Ginsburg said in her book. The context seems to be addressing the genders of the individuals and not the ages. The "12" year age seems to be in the previous statute Ginsburg was wanting to change to reflect the gender issue.

It's unfortunate that this keeps going around, because it's only providing fodder for the nay sayers of Q.
