I believe the inference is that the Color Revolution was shot to disrupt the election.
By turning into and confronting it now, in court re ballot harvesting and mail in fraud lawsuits, Trump is turning into the Color Revolution before it has a chance to arm itself.
Possibly literally, with weapons seizures.
So that when it hits, it bounces harmlessly off the hull instead of sinking the sub/Country.
