Speaking as a Brit, in awe of your Constitution, it's so much more than that.

It's what the Constitution acknowledges in terms of inalienable rights granted by a Creator - that's what makes the difference.

Anything granted by one group of people to another group can just as easily be withdrawn by a different group of people with a diufferent ideology.

Human Rights legislation, for instance, as granted by, say, the EU, can be withdrawn or modified as it was a charter drawn up by men and imposed on other men.

An acknowledgment of CREATOR granted rights is above the remit of any human to give or take. They are INALIENABLE rights, not subject to the whims or fashions of governments and mere men.

THAT'S the real beauty of the US Constitution from where I stand.

Just some thinking I have been doing.

We are in a silent war now. (Running RED?) The D’s fired an early October Surprise with the Bob Woodward Bombshell book trying to keep focus on Trump’s supposed Coronavirus failure. Trump implied Woodward was a highly over-rated has-been. In response to their surprise hit, which actually misses, Trump responds with his surprise…announcing the Death of RBG, another highly over rated has-been. And…who released the notice of her death? The SC did. Roberts in is charge of the SC, so one could assume that Chief Justice John Roberts (btw, Lin Wood has been hitting Roberts hard lately..hmm) is in charge and would have approved the release. Does this mean Roberts is now under White hat control? I think so. That means Trump hit back twice as hard. Maybe three times as hard. Not only did he take-out RBG, figuratively speaking, of course, but he also took the virus off the no. 1 spot while showing the deep state that Roberts is under his control now.

All of this happened while we were ‘rigged for red’. But now that we are running red, I assume this tit for tat scenario will be happening at a faster and at higher stakes. Q (White Hats) have THEIR playbook. Do they know everything that will come our way? Maybe, maybe not. But Q team is prepared and will respond with missiles that strike 1000 times worse, as Trump just implied, he would do with Iran if they struck us.

So, Buckle Up! It’s going to be a barrage of surprise attacks going both ways, with each one increasing in severity. I believe that RBG was a total shock to them. Whether she was already dead or not, they thought they controlled the timing and Roberts. Neither is true and they didn’t like it.

It is possible that the "hunt for Red October' may be when their 'biggest missile' is turned back against them.

Military Revealed as Top Funder of Gene Drives; Gates Foundation paid $1.6 million to influence UN on gene drives

Over 1,200 emails released under open records requests reveal that the U.S. military is now the top funder and influencer behind a controversial genetic extinction technology known as “gene drives” – pumping $100 million into the field. The trove of emails, obtained via open records requests, also shed light on a $1.6 million dollar UN gene drive advocacy operation paid for by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

“Emerging Ag,” a private PR firm paid by the Gates Foundation, is working behind the scenes to stack key UN advisory processes with gene drive-friendly scientists, and has recruited ostensibly independent academics and public officials into a private collaboration to counteract proposed regulations and to resist calls by scientists and conservationists for an international moratorium. Some of those recruited entered into the UN discussions without divulging their conflicts of interest or the role that paid political consultants played in shaping their inputs.

Information revealed in the Gene Drive files includes:

The U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is reported to have given approximately $100 million for gene drive research, $35 million more than previously reported. If confirmed, DARPA appears to be the largest single funder of gene drive research on the planet.

Emerging Ag, a privately-held public relations firm, received over $1.6 million from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to work on gene drive topics and to focus on exerting influence on the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), the key body for gene drive governance. Following calls in 2016 for a global moratorium on the use of gene drive technology, the CBD sought input from scientists and experts in an online forum. According to the Gene Drive Files, Emerging Ag recruited and coordinated over 65 experts, including a Gates Foundation senior official, a DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Project Agency) official, and government and university scientists, in an private attempt to flood the official UN process with their coordinated inputs.

The attempt to covertly influence the UN process online centrally involved three members of an associated UN expert committee (The Ad Hoc Technical Expert Group on Synthetic Biology). Two of them are from institutions that together received over $100 million in U.S. military and other funds expressly to develop and test gene drive systems. One served as “stakeholder engagement lead” for a Gene Drive development project. The Expert committee meets this week in Montreal Canada.

The secretive JASON group of military advisors have undertaken two classified studies on genome editing and gene drives at the request of the U.S. government. The gene drive study, which included input by a Monsanto executive, focuses on hostile use of gene drives and use of gene drives in agriculture.

DARPA is revealed to be funding a high profile UK team of researchers targeting African communities with gene drive mosquitos. This funding was not previously made public.

The files reveal how far along the two leading gene drive teams (Target Malaria for the UK and GBIRD, based in North Carolina) have proceeded towards building gene drive organisms and are preparing for open field trials, including steps to select test sites in Australia, New Zealand, Burkina Faso, Uganda, Mali and Ghana, and to create government and community acceptance of the use of gene drives in key testing sites.

This is so important. "Altered Genes, Twisted Truth" by Steven M. Druker was one of my first wake-up calls on the subject of genetic modification. Whenever "they" talk about "genetic diversity" etc. I think they are really referring to what they hope is "their" control of said diversity. Eugenics not just of humanity but the earth, maybe.

Genocide is a process that develops in ten stages that are predictable but not inexorable. At each stage, preventive measures can stop it. The process is not linear. Stages may occur simultaneously. Logically, later stages must be preceded by earlier stages. But all stages continue to operate throughout the process.

➔ 1. CLASSIFICATION: All cultures have categories to distinguish people into “us and them” by ethnicity, race, religion, or nationality: German and Jew, Hutu and Tutsi. Bipolar societies that lack mixed categories, such as Rwanda and Burundi, are the most likely to have genocide.

The main preventive measure at this early stage is to develop universalistic institutions that transcend ethnic or racial divisions, that actively promote tolerance and understanding, and that promote classifications that transcend the divisions. The Roman Catholic Church could have played this role in Rwanda, had it not been riven by the same ethnic cleavages as Rwandan society. Promotion of a common language in countries like Tanzania has also promoted transcendent national identity. This search for common ground is vital to early prevention of genocide.

➔ 2. SYMBOLIZATION: We give names or other symbols to the classifications. We name people “Jews” or “Gypsies,” or distinguish them by colors or dress; and apply the symbols to members of groups. Classification and symbolization are universally human and do not necessarily result in genocide unless they lead to dehumanization. When combined with hatred, symbols may be forced upon unwilling members of pariah groups: the yellow star for Jews under Nazi rule, the blue scarf for people from the Eastern Zone in Khmer Rouge Cambodia.

To combat symbolization, hate symbols can be legally forbidden (swastikas in Germany) as can hate speech. Group marking like gang clothing or tribal scarring can be outlawed, as well. The problem is that legal limitations will fail if unsupported by popular cultural enforcement. Though Hutu and Tutsi were forbidden words in Burundi until the 1980’s, code words replaced them. If widely supported, however, denial of symbolization can be powerful, as it was in Bulgaria, where the government refused to supply enough yellow badges and at least eighty percent of Jews did not wear them, depriving the yellow star of its significance as a Nazi symbol for Jews.

➔ 3. DISCRIMINATION: A dominant group uses law, custom, and political power to deny the rights of other groups. The powerless group may not be accorded full civil rights, voting rights, or even citizenship. The dominant group is driven by an exclusionary ideology that would deprive less powerful groups of their rights. The ideology advocates monopolization or expansion of power by the dominant group. Denial of citizenship to the Rohingya Muslim minority in Burma is a current example.

Prevention against discrimination means full political empowerment and citizenship rights for all groups in a society. Discrimination on the basis of nationality, ethnicity, race or religion should be outlawed. Individuals should have the right to sue the state, corporations, and other individuals if their rights are violated.
