I go most places in Ca. without a mask. I do wear a mask for medical appointments as long as they supply me with one. I think that is fair. There actually could be sick people around and seeing someone without a mask, in that setting, could freak them out.
I am usually the only person without a mask. I don't understand it. the willingness to comply at this late date. Do people not look things up? Do they not even listen to the governor who says "mandate" and "exempt "?
