WASHINGTON — From the beginning, John H. Durham’s inquiry into the Russia investigation has been politically charged. President Trump promoted it as certain to uncover a “deep state” plot against him, Attorney General William P. Barr rebuked the investigators under scrutiny, and he and Mr. Durham publicly second-guessed an independent inspector general and traveled the globe to chase down conspiracy theories.It turns out that Mr. Durham also focused attention on certain political enemies of Mr. Trump: the Clintons.

Mr. Durham, the U.S. attorney in Connecticut assigned by Mr. Barr to review the Russia inquiry, has sought documents and interviews about how federal law enforcement officials handled an investigation around the same time into allegations of political corruption at the Clinton Foundation, according to people familiar with the matter.

Mr. Durham’s team members have suggested to others that they are comparing the two investigations as well as examining whether investigators in the Russia inquiry flouted laws or policies. It was not clear whether Mr. Durham’s investigators were similarly looking for violations in the Clinton Foundation investigation, nor whether the comparison would be included or play a major role in the outcome of Mr. Durham’s inquiry. The approach is highly unusual, according to people briefed on the investigation. Though the suspected crimes themselves are not comparable — one involves a possible conspiracy between a presidential campaign and a foreign adversary to interfere in an election, and the other involves potential bribery and corruption — and largely included different teams of investigators and prosecutors, Mr. Durham’s efforts suggest the scope of his review is broader than previously known.Mr. Durham’s focus on the Clinton Foundation inquiry comes as concerns deepen among Democrats and some former Justice Department officials that his investigation is being weaponized politically to help Mr. Trump. Congressional Democrats last week called on the department’s inspector general to investigate whether Mr. Durham’s review was free from political influence after his top aide abruptly resigned, reportedly over concerns that the team’s findings would be prematurely released before the election in November. The Clinton Foundation investigation began about five years ago, under the Obama administration, and stalled in part because some former career law enforcement officials viewed the case as too weak to issue subpoenas. Ultimately, prosecutors in Arkansas secured a subpoena for the charity in early 2018. To date, the case has not resulted in criminal charges…………..

The Soviet Intelligence services, the GRU and the NKVD were the means used to do this. One part of their activities was espionage, stealing military, scientific and industrial secrets, but by far the larger part of their budget, 75%, was spent on subversion. They founded or subsidized magazines, newspapers, and organizations to promote their views. Their agents wrote books, plays, poetry and folk songs. The Soviets had so many American agents that they didn’t have enough intelligence officers to run them all, and American agents had to run American agents.

After 1945, according to a consensus of retired US intelligence officers, the US had no significant military or scientific secrets left to steal. Which left subversion as the focus of RU intelligence agencies and explains why 2/3 of the KGB’s budget was devoted, not to intelligence acquisition, but to subversion. Subversion was and is the most powerful and effective way to ensure that your enemy will do what you want them to do.

That’s why subversion and influence were and are, the focus of social control operations conducted today against the unwitting US civilian population, not by the Russians, by deep state criminal cultists in conjunction with CIA’s “Mockingbird” network, originally assembled by Frank Wisner for the Office of Policy Coordination (OPC) which would become CIA.

It is important to note that much of our human behavior consists of what Pavlov called “conditioned responses;” these can be complex sequences of habitual actions we perform without thinking, often behaviors we’ve learned in childhood.

Much of our human activity consists in unconscious following of these conditioned behavior patterns which were, perhaps, originally acquired by hard work, study and practice. Anyone who drives a car knows how difficult that seems to a beginner, but how with experience our conditioned responses allow most of us to negotiate crowded city streets without paying conscious attention to the complex sequences of control inputs and reactions driving requires.

“Let’s look at the license plate of the U-Haul? Who rented that U-Haul? Who is funding this?” McCarthy asked. “You can’t just supply people with this type of armor without resources, without funding. Where is that funding coming from and why is it being used? How are these people knowing to come? Are there training facilities that are teaching these people how to do this? This is a grave concern, and this is something that the FBI should be focused on.”

For the record, the grand jury announcement date for the Taylor case decision has been public knowledge for some time, considering how much civil unrest surrounded it throughout the last few months. As for McCarthy’s insinuation that some larger entity is backing Antifa “training facilities” or funding protesters, it’s worth noting that U-Haul trucks cost roughly $20 to $30 a day to rent.

Alecia Kitts drove an hour and a half from Marietta to Logan, Ohio to watch her son’s seventh grade football game.

In the first quarter she was approached by an officer from the Logan Police Department because she was not wearing a mask.

The video below shows the three-minute encounter between Kitts and the officer.

A top adviser has resigned from the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) vaccine advisory committee amid concerns about her ties to a pharmaceutical company conducting a trial for the highly anticipated treatment.

Last year, Baylor University professor Hana El Sahly became chairwoman of the FDA's Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee, which will make nonbinding recommendations to the government on vaccine approval. In July, she was chosen to co-lead Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine trial, which is competing with another trial from Pfizer.

A Baylor spokeswoman confirmed the recusal to Reuters on Wednesday.

Both Moderna and Pfizer began trials for the vaccine this summer, although it's unclear how quickly the FDA will be able to approve a product.

The committee is expected to meet on Oct. 22 in order to discuss progress on vaccine development. Earlier this month, the FDA released a statement emphasizing its commitment to regulatory independence.

"The FDA is often held up as the 'gold standard' of regulatory agencies around the globe," a statement from agency officials read. "What’s at the core of these standards are the agency’s regulatory independence and science-based decision-making. As with all products we regulate, we will follow the science and data in our decision making regarding COVID-19 vaccines. It is because the FDA is a science-based agency that we say this with the clarity of conviction."

News of Sahly's departure came just a day after The Washington Post reported that the FDA was expected to announce higher standards for vaccine trials

Odd timing, her leaving because of higher standards

Two individuals familiar with the issue said the FDA will ask manufacturers to follow clinical trial participants for at least two months in order to obtain an emergency authorization.

Additionally, trials will have to show evidence surrounding more severe cases and older people, making it unlikely that a vaccine will be finished before the 2020 presidential election. The enrollment process took about a month with a second round of shots being administered after three or four weeks in the trial.
