One person sitting in an office can fill out 50 ballots in an hour
That is 400 in a day
So let's say the Dems have 10 trusted operatives in each office all over these states, and they get to work in mid-October when ballots are released (although Virginia is alread going, ballots are out)
By Nov 10 or so, each office will easily have produced 100,000 ballots
That is ballgame, Trump loses
