If true I suspect the other call happened earlier, shortly after the Weiner's laptop was discovered. Supposedly HRC, Comey, Podesta and others were on the call, hatching out a plan to let Comey first come out and reinstate the investigation into her emails but then on the weekend before the election exonerate here completely. They call it a rope-a-dope, making her trail first and then on election day let her surge and shoot ahead of Trump. Total Fail.
I remember rumors about it back then and allegedly someone on the SC knew about this arrangement.
