Teresa Heinz (born Maria Teresa Thierstein Simões-Ferreira; October 5, 1938 in Lourenço Marques

the name Lourenço Marques was replaced in 1976 with far less euphonious Maputo, now the official capital of Mozambique. Once renowned for its slave market and ancient accomodation with evil. Lourenco Marques, Mozambique, supplied multitudes of slaves to Portuguese colonies like Brazil.

Teresa Simões-Ferreira married future U.S. Senator John Heinz, heir to the H. J. Heinz Company.

After senator Heinz was killed in a tragic and convenient plane crash, Teresa inherited and subsequently married cult puppet and US senator John Kerry.

In 1971, Teresa Heinz became a naturalized United States citizen.
