I think we all know Brad wasn't Baker Acted.
So why release this article?
To bring light to the SICKNESS taking place in our medical community.
In reading thru the FL requirements for when one is Baker Acted... this showed up.
-No child will be admitted to a bed in a room with an adult, or share common rooms with an adult.
-However, a person 14 years of age or oldermay be admitted to a bed in a room or ward in the mental health unit with an adultv if the admitting physician documents in the case record that such placement is medically indicated or for reasons of safety.
So, if you are a pedo, and need your 14yo fix, get yourself Baker Acted and the chances are good you might be placed with a minor in your room.
And if you are a Pedo-approved Doctor, all you have to do is NOT NOTE on the child's chart any medical rooming requirements.
