There's never any shirking of duty when it comes to speaking about child abuse as it relates to the Catholic Church. New York Times even in there.

If a Priest is involved, it's open season and the crimes are painted for what they are.

But when it's secular or the suggestions drift into politics/showbiz/big business/banking…. then things become less clear cut. Then the accusers become 'conspiracy theorists', then the claims become outlandish, then even the idea that child 'love' might not be such a bad or evil thing raises its 'progressive' head.

Trump was elected because he didn't play their games. Voters liked that irreverence about political conventions. He has to get back to that. Act like he's the outsider again, mocking all the fakery attached to the political show.
