Personally, smoked much weed in my teens. Never brought me anything but trouble. Now in my "later years" the thought of anything influencing control over me is abhorrent to me, but maybe I'm just a control freak.
Politically, my issue with legal weed is like that cigarettes: those who choose not to smoke, like children, have to deal with the harmful effects for something they are not doing. Each to his own, but not when it harms children or other people. And yes, I know same could be said for alcohol. So where does it end? Where does one persons rights begin and another ones end?
