If the objective was to control the baking then a baker's school would be the wrong way to go. Anyone can go in and read those seminars, anyone can see the baking instructions and how to do Q posts and all the goodies. How would control be maintained by an exclusive few if any anon go go in and see how to do it? Defies logic it does.
