A so-called government that no longer maintains accurate, factual and publicly available records… is prima facia evidence that ‘government’ is or has failed. We don’t have to go to war over this, nor ‘burn it all down’ and start from scratch… but waking up to the cold truth of it, kindly (at first) inviting the incompetent/corrupt to step down, and repopulating the halls with new honesty… it can be done.
Yes there is always a Plan Z option, but it is a cost that should be avoided if at all possible. Here we are.
