You're watching a movie; keep in mind that misdirection, disinformation, and general confusion is all part of the battle strategy, whether it's coming from our side or the DS.
If we're confused, think of how confused the DS is, at all levels of it. Q and Q+ target the media and the puppetmasters in different ways with disinfo, and that creates confusion within their ranks as well.
For the nonce, all the disinfo put out by Q and Q+ is up in the air, available for all to watch; the difference between how we react to it and how the DS reacts to it is important. We anons are happy to sit by and watch the show, and help spread what we know to be true, but that is our limit. We're not in a position to be able to affect the outcome by finding the veracity about discrete bits of disinfo, so whether some byte is true or not is irrelevant to our mission
When this particular battle about his "illness" is won, the truth will come out about how he has protected himself, and that revelation will determine the next scene in the movie.
