You can cause optimal chaos by checking which of two breads with the same number has fewer posts and then directing your bots to spam that one, thus insuring that neither ever gains clear dominance.

NO ONE reads those Previously Collected Notables. Deleted OSS's just to screw with him doesn't affect anything.

We read what we can easily mouse over and read in preview. Beyond that, no one is going to open new tabs and go though each list of old news items. Anything important will be repeated more recently.
Then you have a lot more free time than most.
If I ever do want to look back further I open a bread about three breads back, skim over the list at the top, then open another bread three before that, etc. You have to load fewer full 751 posts breads that way.
OSS routinely bakes. Why not just put them back in a silently as they were removed?

Nothing can be deleted one it's posted there without being totally obvious.
So each baker put their own stuff in there themselves when they bake.
So instead of putting links to past noted in each bake just include one constant link to the cyclic aggregator. Then it won't matter.
