And YES, I am aware that indefinite restrictions are a form of CRUEL AND UNUSUAL punishment. Especially, when said restrictions limit one's ability to seek and maintain gainful employment, which in turn has tremendous effect on one's ability to address the fraudulent claims made by the state to place said restrictions upon individuals indefinitely.

Costs fucking money to move, don't it?

Makes things kind of hard when douche-nozzles extort several tens of thousands of dollars out of someone, leaving them in debt, with no way of getting out, because of indefinite restrictions placed upon one's life. Therefore, holding citizens hostage against their will, in hopes to extort moar monies out of said individuals, who have no way of making money. Thus the reasoning behind "cruel and unusual" punishment. Which makes the entire government fraudulent, if not criminal, for not abiding by the Supreme Law of the Land, aka The Constitution.

This is not a secret. So, I'm kinda wondering what in the ever-living FUCK any and all individuals who swore an oath to serve and protect the Constitution are doing with their time they were supposed to be serving and protecting the Constitution over.
