This all makes sense in light of Pelosi. She said she is considering using the 25th amendment against POTUS tomorrow.
Pence would be required to vote in favor of the 25th amendment move to get Trump out of office
But
If pence is no longer around, well then that leaves Pelosi as next in line to a president she will cast as mentally unstable for the office.
