Is the workplace large enough to have a sizable human resource department? HR people with psychology degrees on their resume? Is the security department fractured into multiple security departments? Cowboy security? Mafia members on your payroll?

Are they also in Knights of Columbus AND the Masons? Are they also CIA? Is there a difference?

Do they live in out of the way places? Small towns? Big Towns? Military bases in the middle of nowhere? Underground?

Control gets spread out however. You can't control an entire company unless you get enough people there. But since they control human resources they of course influence who gets hired enough to eventually gain control wherever they need to. People shift around all the time.

All of those resignations you were tracking? You think they were all quitting? Some were being reallocated.
