I don’t know about the timing of the fly’s appearance, but 02:23:36 Zulu time on Oct 8 is 22:23:36 Easter Daylight Savings time on Oct 7 - ie 10:23 pm. Not 9:23 pm.
Check it and advise if I’m incorrect, but by my reckoning, Zulu is 4 hours ahead of EDT.
