1) Sound money (based on gold/silver)
2) No taxes on the people
3) Foreign govs, businesses, people - pay to due business in the US (business style revenue streams - includes trade deals)
4) New tech - energy, space, security…
Giving people cash/incentives now get things moving. Once moving and strong, the change could be made without pain to the citizens.

Either way, Trump always maneuvers people in a way where he wins.
