For the last 2 - 3 years in Southern California, no matter where I go, I hear this sound “whoo whoo whoo” like an OWL

Not a constant sound. But intermittent

Strangest thing. Unless Southern California is overrun with owls that noise is not coming from an owl

Haven’t heard it once through this fake pandemic

Anyone else hear this noise?
