‘High-Ranking’ Ms-13 Gang Members Beat Man To Death, FBI Says

 

HOUSTON – Two alleged high ranking gang members are set to appear in federal court an allegations they committed murder in furtherance of the of the Mara Salvatrucha aka MS-13 international street gang, announced U.S. Attorney Ryan K. Patrick.

 

Walter Chicas-Garcia, 23, and Jimmy Villalobos-Gomez, 23, are set to make their appearances via video conference today at 10 a.m. before U.S. Magistrate Judge Frances H. Stacy.

 

A federal grand jury returned an indictment Sept. 29 against the Salvadorian nationals who resided in Houston. They are charged with murder in aid of racketeering and conspiracy to do so.

 

The two men allegedly murdered the victim July 3. The charges allege Chicas-Garcia and Villalobos-Gomez beat the victim to death with a baseball bat and machete so they could increase their position in the MS-13 enterprise.

 

If convicted, they face up to life in federal prison or the possibility of death.

 

The FBI, Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations and Houston Police Department conducted the investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorneys John Michael Lewis and Britni Cooper are prosecuting the case along with Trial Attorneys Julie A. Finocchiaro and Matthew Hoff from the Department of Justice’s Organized Crime and Gang Section.

Keren Terner Eyal steps down after just 5 months on the job, as crisis swirls over budget and virus response; move comes after several other senior ministry officials resign

 

In the most dramatic of a series of high-profile resignations at the Finance Ministry, director-general Keren Terner Eyal announced on Sunday that she would be stepping down after five months on the job.

 

The resignations have stemmed from ongoing disagreements in the Treasury over how to stem Israel’s coronavirus infection rate while attempting to minimize damage to the economy, with assertions that decisions are being politicized and that Finance Minister Israel Katz is stifling debate.

 

Terner Eyal reached her decision in coordination with Katz, according to a joint statement, which said that she would step down in the coming weeks “in light of her personal request.” Terner Eyal was a personal appointee of the minister’s.

 

The Ynet news site reported that Katz had asked Terner Eyal to remain in the position until after the so-called coronavirus cabinet meets later in the week, but due to increasingly acrimonious relations between the two, she turned down the request and demanded the announcement go out immediately.

 

Her resignation follows the departures of the head of the Finance Ministry’s Budgets Department, Shaul Meridor, and Accountant General Roni Hezkiyahu. The outcome of the race could impact who controls the Senate after the election since Bollier is running to replace retiring Republican senator Pat Roberts. Bollier's stated support for gun confiscation could make her campaign against Republican Roger Marshall harder to win in the traditionally red state. Bollier already faces an uphill but not unwinnable battle, with The Cook Political Report rating the race as currently leaning toward Marshall.

 

The Bollier campaign did not respond to a request for comment.

 

After offering praise for Australia's gun-confiscation program, Bollier said a limited number of Australians were able to own guns "out in the Bush" but noted "there’s all these specific requirements and training." She said she similarly supports training requirements for gun ownership in America.

 

"Who thinks you can just go out and have a gun?" she said. "Seriously, you can’t drive a car without training, you can’t basically do anything without some kind of training."

 

Eric Pahls, the campaign manager for the Marshall campaign, told the Washington Free Beacon that Bollier would bring a radical gun-control agenda to the Senate.

 

"This may sound good to Bollier’s donors in San Francisco, but to Kansans, this is disqualifying," he said. "Even among Democrats, forced gun confiscation is an alarming concept."

 

Bollier's comments supporting gun confiscation come as gun-control groups have begun to shy away from the issue. In a recent swing state ad campaigns, Everytown for Gun Safety completely avoided the issue of guns in favor of ads about health care and energy issues.

 

They also come as Kansas and the rest of the country are experiencing record gun sales. Industry estimates suggest there could be nearly 7.5 million new gun owners across the country. If even a fraction of those new gun owners become politically active gun voters, the impact in races like Bollier's could be significant.

Honestly, I don't see how there can be an election at this point. Half the candidates are under criminal investigation. Or should be. Unless something comes out that completely disqualifies mail-in and absentee ballots in time to pull people to the polls for insane in-person turnout…

We have no real way of verifying any results as some places will just count until they get the results they want.

Senior Likud Party Knesset member and coalition chairman Miki Zohar added fuel to speculation of an imminent breakup of Israel’s coalition government on Sunday, saying that the Blue and White Party was “not a coalition partner anymore,” but “a danger to Israel” and that “elections are an excellent option".

 

“Blue and White have made a deal with [Yair] Lapid [the chairman of centrist political party Yesh Atid] to form a government with the Joint Arab List. This is a new low for them. They should be ashamed,” Zohar suggested, his remarks to Radio 103FM quoted by Israel Hayom and The Jerusalem Post.

 

Blue and White responded to Zohar's comments later on Sunday, saying “Miki, even in Likud you are not taken seriously. Keep blabbering on because this is the only thing you know how to do, and not very successfully either.”

 

Zohar’s comments follow the release of a statement by Blue and White warning that they would not tolerate any more delays to a vote on the state budget, with the issue splitting the two major governing parties for months now. The Shoddiness of ‘Big Think’ Media

 

On October 5th, The Atlantic, a pretentious American popular ‘big think’ magazine (selling 552,242 copies per issue), headlined an 8,500-word essay from the New York Times columnist and PBS NewsHour commentator David Brooks, “America Is Having a Moral Convulsion: Levels of trust in this country — in our institutions, in our politics, and in one another — are in precipitous decline.” This article documented that levels of trust in America have plunged; distrust has soared not only between people but against virtually all institutions. Brooks devoted the entirety of his essay, however, not to that well-established fact (which was documented, actually, not by Brooks himself, but by a linked squib that the magazine’s editor added to his lengthy blab), but he devoted it instead to paraphrasing other writers who are favored by the U.S. Establishment, such as Samuel Huntington, Alan Wolfe, Francis Fukuyama, Sisela Bok, Robert Putnam, and Zygmunt Bauman; and, at the end (after all of that Establishment ‘wisdom’), Brooks closed his commentary with 1,300 words on “How to Rebuild Trust,” which finally ended the article with only a one-sentence proposed answer to this “How”: “Trust can be rebuilt through the accumulation of small heroic acts — by the outrageous gesture of extending vulnerability in a world that is mean, by proffering faith in other people when that faith may not be returned.” His pompous answer came from out of nowhere — not even from his ‘sources’ — because his article hadn’t been saying anything about that, hadn’t said anything at all about it. His proposal was totally unsourced, instead of a conclusion from his lengthy prior blab. In other words: Brooks didn’t have any idea, whatsoever, as to why this “collapse of our institutions and the implosion of social trust” has occurred in America. At the end of his 8,500 words, came that utter cop-out.

 

How much time are people wasting, to read such stuff? But it’s typical, not a bit abnormal, for ‘Big Think’ media. Vacuous speculative commentaries, which don’t deliver on their promises, are the routine in such media. Truthful, and reliably sourced, analyses, appear there almost never. The function of such billionaires-controlled media is to add yet further to the prestige of their selected team of propagandists (by referring to them as being sources of ‘wisdom’, or by interviewing them on their TV shows). It is indoctrination, not information, that they actually purvey.

 

Basically, the public who buy this sort of pretense are paying to be gradually lobotomized and robotized. No billionaires will hire writers to think deeply about — and pay people to write or say — anything deep, except about possible investments and future trends; so, the media that they own, the country’s major media, issue writings and talkers only in order not to stir the waves and rock their boat in any way that might cause it to tilt so much as for some of their gold bars to slide off and sink down into the ocean of corruption beneath their yacht.

 

Mr. Brooks certainly isn’t out to stir any waves, or rock any yacht. So, he has to stay on the safe side — the side that’s safe for the ultimate paymasters. This excludes a writer’s getting into what really has caused America’s collapse. If the public will buy such Establishment pablum, then the public, and not the owners of those huge media firms, will be taking all of the losses — and not only on investments, but on everything. And this is what is actually happening in America.

New Spotlight Coming to COVID Crimes Against Humanity

 

Germany seems to have become a hotspot for challenge to the official COVID line. Up to now, it’s been most visibly the public, this being the most recent.

 

Now, however, a professional group has gathered, showing some big teeth, including some high-powered medical and legal ones.

 

This development — inspired by the questions surrounding COVID, by the unjustified devastations and injustice caused by lockdowns, and by media censorship of professionals offering another point of view — is told in a 49-minute video entitled Crimes Against Humanity. As of this moment, it’s pulling nearly 1.2 million views, 49k likes and over 10,000 comments.

 

Fortunately, we have a PDF of an invaluable (highlighted) full transcript (Summary included below), lovingly prepared by the inimitable Claire Edwards, a former staffer and translator at the UN and a skilled, tireless, no-holds-barred worker for truth, social justice and liberty. The reader can negotiate it in much less than 49 minutes, although the sincerity of the speaker comes across in the video and is worth seeing. Thank you, Claire!

 

Claire has embellished the video title, based on a comment by Dr Füllmich about the level of this outrage. I wouldn’t ‘dispute,’ except to say it’s certainly in contention for the ‘honor’ of “The Greatest Crime Against Humanity Ever Committed”. Especially in the context of COVID being exploited by a relatively few very wealthy people and organizations to push thoroughgoing, societal engineering globally — a sort of phoenix rising from the deliberately wrought lockdown ashes.

 

All for the good of the people and planet, of course. Especially if you enjoy meticulous data profiling, total surveillance, with direct micromanagement and thought/behavior control via technology, the foundation being wireless telecom/WiFi. Emphatically: NO 5G NEEDED: “5G” Hysteria Times Corona Hysteria Equals Hysteria Squared || Wireless Technology: Ultra Convenient. But Not for Survival.

 

Important Note: The doctor talks about a “PCR test” having been created by one Professor Drosten – that was used by Germany to establish its lockdown – without having seen the Wuhan virus (SARS-Cov-2).

 

The earliest date I’ve been able to find on the isolation and genome description is 2/25/20. Thus, if Drosten created anything earlier, it was a crapshoot as the doctor suggests (but it also makes a point relating to the doctor’s account of herd immunity).

 

A bit tricky to get from the video, but clear as day in the transcript (an example what’s so valuable about it): In PDF paragraph C on p. 6, Füllmich notes the origin of PCR, its inventor Kary Mullis. I spent days off and on in vain trying to find a direct quote from Mullis about the function of PCR, namely, research only, not diagnostics. It seems there are only reports of this. Anyone?

 

Years later, a new ‘version’ of PCR (full name RT-PCR, RT referring to the process of converting viral RNA to DNA prior to the PCR process) was invented. It’s called “quantitative” PCR – qRT-PCR. The name is misleading, because it still won’t give viral load in the subject.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The National Guard has designated military police units in two states to serve as rapid reaction forces so they can respond quickly to any potential civil unrest around the country, following violent protests that rocked the nation’s capital and several states this summer.

 

Military leaders don’t explicitly tie the changes to concerns about possible election-related violence, but the nation is bracing for unrest surrounding the tumultuous presidential campaign, particularly if voting results are not known for days or weeks because of the increase in mail-in ballots.

 

According to the Guard, about 600 troops — 300 in both Alabama and Arizona — will be ready to deploy within 24 hours if requested by a governor in another state. Guard leaders have also bought more than $200,000 in new protective equipment, and have increased troop training on proper procedures in dealing with protests.

 

The moves come as Defense Department and National Guard leaders work to address shortfalls that were identified in the military response to the June protests triggered by the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis. Military reviews of the response to the protests found problems with coordination between various state and federal government and law enforcement agencies — which at times slowed down troop movements.

 

“Coordination and communication were the probably the things that we’ll look back on and see very challenging,” Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy said in an interview with The Associated Press. He said that as the protests escalated in D.C., and the call for help went out to governors around the country, 11 states said they were willing to provide support.

 

“But the problem with that is how quickly can you marshal them together, ensure they have the appropriate training, ensure they have the appropriate equipment, understand the task you’re going to give them?”said McCarthy. “It’s American streets. It could turn violent. It was an incredibly challenging thing.”

 

Governors can use National Guard troops for a variety of things, ranging from natural disasters such as hurricanes and wildfires, to assisting with border security and civil unrest. If a governor needs additional help, they can request troops from other state governors through a compact agreement system that details how the forces will be used and what they can and cannot do.

 

Lt. Gen. Mark Sasseville, vice chief of the National Guard Bureau, said the Guard employs a graduated approach, with states using their own troops first, and then, if more help is needed, they request forces from other states within their region. If more support is needed, then governors reach out to states further away.

 

“That makes sense because typically the states have good relations with the neighboring states,” said Sasseville in an interview with The Associated Press. “Speed becomes an element of this discussion.”

 

The problem, however, is that some states couldn’t free up troops to send to others because they also were dealing with protests or other emergencies. The Guard’s decision to formally designate troops in Alabama and Arizona as quick reaction forces will help because those units have aircraft that will allow them to rapidly deploy to another state within 24 hours of a governor’s request.

 

Guard officials said the forces in Alabama would respond in the eastern half of the country, and those in Arizona would respond in the west, and their deployment window at this point extends through the end of this year.

 

“A big thing that we’ve done differently is being able to move faster,” said Sasseville, adding that the Guard also had to buy equipment to replace protective gear for some units.

 

During the June protests, governors used their own Guard troops and, in some cases sought and received forces from other states. At the peak, in early June, there were more than 43,000 Guard forces deployed across 34 states and the District of Colombia to help with civil unrest. That number has now plunged to about 3,200 across 10 states.

 

In extreme cases, the president can invoke the Insurrection Act and use active duty troops on domestic soil to quell riots or assist law enforcement. President Donald Trump pushed for that to happen, but senior defense and military leaders opposed it.

 

During the June protests, Defense Secretary Mark Esper drew the ire of the president when he told reporters that the Insurrection Act should be invoked in the United States “only in the most urgent and dire of situations.” He added, “We are not in one of those situations now.”

Libya Restarts Oil Production at Biggest Field – Jaweb

 

Production at Libya’s largest oil field restarted Sunday afternoon, Libyan officials said, a move that could quickly increase the country’s overall output after an extended shutdown and add to a glut of oil on world markets that has kept prices low. Libya’s central government and rebel commander Khalifa Haftar agreed last month to lift a nine-month oil blockade after the two sides resolved a dispute over oil revenue distribution. The country’s oil output has already increased to 300,000 barrels a day from about 100,000 barrels a day in the past two weeks.

 

Sharara can contribute an additional 300,000 barrels a day, the officials said. Its initial output was 27,000 barrels a day as of Sunday. Output at the field has been shut almost continuously since early January—except for a short resumption in June. The slow return of Libya’s shutdown production has already put downward pressure on oil prices, and is a consideration in a debate in Saudi Arabia over whether to boost production from next year.

 

Libya, one of the worlds biggest producers, pumped some 1.3 million barrels a day before the standoff forced officials to shut down production.

Mysterious Explosions Rocked Northern Idlib (Videos, Photos)

 

On October 11 afternoon, two explosion rocked the northwestern Syrian region of Greater Idlib, which is occupied by several terrorist groups.

 

The large explosions took place in the outskirt of the town of Maarrat al-Ikhwan, in the northern Idlib countryside. A fairly large refugee camp is located near the explosions site. Ambulances and first responders were seen rushing to the site. However, no casualties have been reported, so far.

 

Some opposition sources reported that the explosions were caused by stand-off heavy munitions launched by U.S.-led coalition warplanes.

 

Other sources, however, claimed that two ballistic missiles launched by the Syrian Arab Army or Russian forces hit a large ammunition depot of al-Qaeda-affiliated Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS). The terrorist group is dominating most of Greater Idlib.

 

HTS has not commented on the issue yet. The group is known for hiding its losses, especially in attacks carried out by Syrian or Russian forces.

 

More details about the mysterious explosions, their causes and results will likely surface in the upcoming few days, if not hours.

As we reported previously, there are many indications the recent indictment of Steve Bannon, Brian Kolfage and others by the SDNY smells of prosecutorial abuse.

 

In late August war hero and triple amputee Brian Kolfage was arrested for bogus charges related to his, Bannon’s and two other gentlemen’s efforts in building a wall on the Southern Border. The 15 New York USPIS agents who arrested him dragged him into their arrest vehicle with his one good arm!

 

Kolfage claimed the feds sought to humiliate him during his Aug. 20 arrest.

 

He said that morning a squad of United States Postal Inspection Service agents ordered him out of bed and would not allow him to take his prosthetic limbs for the 90-minute drive to a Pensacola courthouse.

 

“How does a person with no legs get into a vehicle that’s not equipped for a wheelchair?” the former Air Force senior airman said. “I had to get on my butt and crawl up into it like a monkey with one arm and in the rain. My kids were watching. It was humiliating.”

 

Then the Post reported:

 

The feds further charged that Kolfage made the fraud a family affair, with his wife being paid by the non-profit for unspecified “media.”

 

“That never happened,” Kolfage told The Post of payments to his wife, Instagram influencer Ashley Kolfage.

 

He also denied spending We Build The Wall money on luxury items laid out in the indictment.

 

“I bought that boat a year before We Build The Wall,” Kolfage said. The 40-foot-foot motorboat, named Warfighter, made a July 4th appearance in a Trump Boat parade near Destin, Fla.

 

Kolfage says he gets $100,000 a year from the Department of Veterans Affairs for his combat related injuries and also does data work for fundraisers and political campaigns.

 

“I’m not living a lavish life by any freaking means,” Kolfage said, adding, “We are a good middle class family. Thank God I have a house that was given to me by the Gary Sinise Foundation.”

 

Kolfage noted this past weekend that he had a very large Trump Facebook account that has now been purged in addition to all that is going on. He then shared a response to the accusations made by the SDNY in his case:
