‘High-Ranking’ Ms-13 Gang Members Beat Man To Death, FBI Says

HOUSTON – Two alleged high ranking gang members are set to appear in federal court an allegations they committed murder in furtherance of the of the Mara Salvatrucha aka MS-13 international street gang, announced U.S. Attorney Ryan K. Patrick.

Walter Chicas-Garcia, 23, and Jimmy Villalobos-Gomez, 23, are set to make their appearances via video conference today at 10 a.m. before U.S. Magistrate Judge Frances H. Stacy.

A federal grand jury returned an indictment Sept. 29 against the Salvadorian nationals who resided in Houston. They are charged with murder in aid of racketeering and conspiracy to do so.

The two men allegedly murdered the victim July 3. The charges allege Chicas-Garcia and Villalobos-Gomez beat the victim to death with a baseball bat and machete so they could increase their position in the MS-13 enterprise.

If convicted, they face up to life in federal prison or the possibility of death.

The FBI, Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations and Houston Police Department conducted the investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorneys John Michael Lewis and Britni Cooper are prosecuting the case along with Trial Attorneys Julie A. Finocchiaro and Matthew Hoff from the Department of Justice’s Organized Crime and Gang Section.

Gov. Whitmer: Michigan votes will not ‘have artificial deadlines set by…people with political agendas’

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer raised many eyebrows Sunday on CBS’s ‘Face The Nation ‘after saying that the results of the state’s election won’t be announced by “artificial deadlines” set by “people with political agendas.

The Governor apparently doesn’t want to let anyone know what the rules are for the presidential election on Nov. 3 in her home state of Michigan.

“Michigan will be able to announce results, but we are not going to have artificial deadlines set by, you know, people with political agendas,” she said. “We’re gonna get this right.”

Whitmer also responded to a CBS poll that found half of Trump’s supporters think they should monitor voting places.

Treasury director resigns amid ongoing turmoil under Minister Katz

Keren Terner Eyal steps down after just 5 months on the job, as crisis swirls over budget and virus response; move comes after several other senior ministry officials resign

In the most dramatic of a series of high-profile resignations at the Finance Ministry, director-general Keren Terner Eyal announced on Sunday that she would be stepping down after five months on the job.

The resignations have stemmed from ongoing disagreements in the Treasury over how to stem Israel’s coronavirus infection rate while attempting to minimize damage to the economy, with assertions that decisions are being politicized and that Finance Minister Israel Katz is stifling debate.

Terner Eyal reached her decision in coordination with Katz, according to a joint statement, which said that she would step down in the coming weeks “in light of her personal request.” Terner Eyal was a personal appointee of the minister’s.

The Ynet news site reported that Katz had asked Terner Eyal to remain in the position until after the so-called coronavirus cabinet meets later in the week, but due to increasingly acrimonious relations between the two, she turned down the request and demanded the announcement go out immediately.

Her resignation follows the departures of the head of the Finance Ministry’s Budgets Department, Shaul Meridor, and Accountant General Roni Hezkiyahu. It comes after officials have for months charged Katz with pushing policies for political reasons with the goal of boosting Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Likud party. Katz has also been accused of stifling dissent by ministry officials.

Quoting comments to her close associates, Ynet reported that Terner Eyal — who took over after her predecessor Shai Babad resigned in May — had complained on Sunday that “what’s going on in the ministry is crazy. Everything here is shooting from the hip. There are no professional consultations. I can no longer continue in this situation.”

Channel 13 quoted her associates saying she was pushed over the edge by her belief that decisions were being imposed from above for political reasons, and felt unable to remain in the post especially with jobless totals nearing a million. Some 960,000 Israelis are currently unemployed, about a quarter of the workforce.

She reportedly also complained that the ministry’s failure to prepare a state budget was “unforgivable.”

Kansas Dem Backs Gun Confiscation

Senate Nom Bollier: Australia 'took them all away and, you know what, it’s pretty darn safe.'

The Democratic Senate candidate in Kansas came out in support of Australian-style gun confiscation during a campaign event last weekend.

When asked about adding a training requirement to the state's gun-carry permit application process, Democrat Barbara Bollier said U.S. gun-control measures do not go far enough. After noting that she has a daughter living in Australia, Bollier praised a controversial gun-confiscation program the country instituted in the 1990s.

"They have no guns. They don’t allow them. They just took them all away," Bollier said with a chuckle in a video obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. "And, you know what, it’s pretty darn safe. It’s this amazing thing."

The outcome of the race could impact who controls the Senate after the election since Bollier is running to replace retiring Republican senator Pat Roberts. Bollier's stated support for gun confiscation could make her campaign against Republican Roger Marshall harder to win in the traditionally red state. Bollier already faces an uphill but not unwinnable battle, with The Cook Political Report rating the race as currently leaning toward Marshall.

The Bollier campaign did not respond to a request for comment.

After offering praise for Australia's gun-confiscation program, Bollier said a limited number of Australians were able to own guns "out in the Bush" but noted "there’s all these specific requirements and training." She said she similarly supports training requirements for gun ownership in America.

"Who thinks you can just go out and have a gun?" she said. "Seriously, you can’t drive a car without training, you can’t basically do anything without some kind of training."

Eric Pahls, the campaign manager for the Marshall campaign, told the Washington Free Beacon that Bollier would bring a radical gun-control agenda to the Senate.

"This may sound good to Bollier’s donors in San Francisco, but to Kansans, this is disqualifying," he said. "Even among Democrats, forced gun confiscation is an alarming concept."

Bollier's comments supporting gun confiscation come as gun-control groups have begun to shy away from the issue. In a recent swing state ad campaigns, Everytown for Gun Safety completely avoided the issue of guns in favor of ads about health care and energy issues.

They also come as Kansas and the rest of the country are experiencing record gun sales. Industry estimates suggest there could be nearly 7.5 million new gun owners across the country. If even a fraction of those new gun owners become politically active gun voters, the impact in races like Bollier's could be significant.

Azerbaijani Drone Strikes Targeted Armenian Troops, Air-Defense System

On October 11, the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan shared footage of recent drone strikes on Armenian forces in the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh.

The strikes destroyed more than five military trucks. Seven gatherings of Armenian troops were also hit by Azerbaijani drones. It is unclear if the strikes were carried out before or after the humanitarian ceasefire, which started on October 10.

The Azerbaijani media also shared a video showing a loitering munition strike on a 2P25 transporter erector launcher of an Armenian 2K12 Kub medium-range air-defense systems. An unknown number of Kub systems are in service with the Armenian Air Defense Force. The Soviet system has a range of 25 km.

In the last few days, Azerbaijani combat drones and loitering munitions destroyed a number of Armenian air-defense systems, including four 9K33 Osa short-range systems and components of a S-300 long-range system.

The Azerbaijani MoD also shared footage from the recently-captured towns of Fizuli, Cabrail, Suqovuşan and a video showing a journalists’ tour in the town of Talish.

The ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh is still holding. However, the repeated violations from both sides may soon lead to a new round of military conflict in the region.

Israel’s Coalition At Risk as Senior Lawmaker Says ‘Elections Excellent Option’

The Likud/Blue and White unity Government was forged in May after three consecutive elections between April 2019 and March 2020 failed to allow either party or its allies to form a majority. In the months since, tensions fuelled by a row over the budget and protests related to corruption charges against the Prime Minister have split the coalition.

Senior Likud Party Knesset member and coalition chairman Miki Zohar added fuel to speculation of an imminent breakup of Israel’s coalition government on Sunday, saying that the Blue and White Party was “not a coalition partner anymore,” but “a danger to Israel” and that “elections are an excellent option".

“Blue and White have made a deal with [Yair] Lapid [the chairman of centrist political party Yesh Atid] to form a government with the Joint Arab List. This is a new low for them. They should be ashamed,” Zohar suggested, his remarks to Radio 103FM quoted by Israel Hayom and The Jerusalem Post.

Blue and White responded to Zohar's comments later on Sunday, saying “Miki, even in Likud you are not taken seriously. Keep blabbering on because this is the only thing you know how to do, and not very successfully either.”

Zohar’s comments follow the release of a statement by Blue and White warning that they would not tolerate any more delays to a vote on the state budget, with the issue splitting the two major governing parties for months now. Fresh elections will be called automatically if the parties don’t come to an agreement by 23 December.

Andrew Weissmann, One of former special counsel Robert Mueller’s top lieutenants told MSNBC’s Deadline White House on Friday that he thinks that President Trump would try to pardon himself if he loses in the upcoming November election.

“I think the President if he’s not re-elected, is going to be very busy,” said Weissmann. “I think we may see the president do so something we’ve never seen any president do, which is: try to self-pardon.”

The Shoddiness of ‘Big Think’ Media

On October 5th, The Atlantic, a pretentious American popular ‘big think’ magazine (selling 552,242 copies per issue), headlined an 8,500-word essay from the New York Times columnist and PBS NewsHour commentator David Brooks, “America Is Having a Moral Convulsion: Levels of trust in this country — in our institutions, in our politics, and in one another — are in precipitous decline.” This article documented that levels of trust in America have plunged; distrust has soared not only between people but against virtually all institutions. Brooks devoted the entirety of his essay, however, not to that well-established fact (which was documented, actually, not by Brooks himself, but by a linked squib that the magazine’s editor added to his lengthy blab), but he devoted it instead to paraphrasing other writers who are favored by the U.S. Establishment, such as Samuel Huntington, Alan Wolfe, Francis Fukuyama, Sisela Bok, Robert Putnam, and Zygmunt Bauman; and, at the end (after all of that Establishment ‘wisdom’), Brooks closed his commentary with 1,300 words on “How to Rebuild Trust,” which finally ended the article with only a one-sentence proposed answer to this “How”: “Trust can be rebuilt through the accumulation of small heroic acts — by the outrageous gesture of extending vulnerability in a world that is mean, by proffering faith in other people when that faith may not be returned.” His pompous answer came from out of nowhere — not even from his ‘sources’ — because his article hadn’t been saying anything about that, hadn’t said anything at all about it. His proposal was totally unsourced, instead of a conclusion from his lengthy prior blab. In other words: Brooks didn’t have any idea, whatsoever, as to why this “collapse of our institutions and the implosion of social trust” has occurred in America. At the end of his 8,500 words, came that utter cop-out.

How much time are people wasting, to read such stuff? But it’s typical, not a bit abnormal, for ‘Big Think’ media. Vacuous speculative commentaries, which don’t deliver on their promises, are the routine in such media. Truthful, and reliably sourced, analyses, appear there almost never. The function of such billionaires-controlled media is to add yet further to the prestige of their selected team of propagandists (by referring to them as being sources of ‘wisdom’, or by interviewing them on their TV shows). It is indoctrination, not information, that they actually purvey.

Basically, the public who buy this sort of pretense are paying to be gradually lobotomized and robotized. No billionaires will hire writers to think deeply about — and pay people to write or say — anything deep, except about possible investments and future trends; so, the media that they own, the country’s major media, issue writings and talkers only in order not to stir the waves and rock their boat in any way that might cause it to tilt so much as for some of their gold bars to slide off and sink down into the ocean of corruption beneath their yacht.

Mr. Brooks certainly isn’t out to stir any waves, or rock any yacht. So, he has to stay on the safe side — the side that’s safe for the ultimate paymasters. This excludes a writer’s getting into what really has caused America’s collapse. If the public will buy such Establishment pablum, then the public, and not the owners of those huge media firms, will be taking all of the losses — and not only on investments, but on everything. And this is what is actually happening in America.

Germany seems to have become a hotspot for challenge to the official COVID line. Up to now, it’s been most visibly the public, this being the most recent.

Now, however, a professional group has gathered, showing some big teeth, including some high-powered medical and legal ones.

This development — inspired by the questions surrounding COVID, by the unjustified devastations and injustice caused by lockdowns, and by media censorship of professionals offering another point of view — is told in a 49-minute video entitled Crimes Against Humanity. As of this moment, it’s pulling nearly 1.2 million views, 49k likes and over 10,000 comments.

Fortunately, we have a PDF of an invaluable (highlighted) full transcript (Summary included below), lovingly prepared by the inimitable Claire Edwards, a former staffer and translator at the UN and a skilled, tireless, no-holds-barred worker for truth, social justice and liberty. The reader can negotiate it in much less than 49 minutes, although the sincerity of the speaker comes across in the video and is worth seeing. Thank you, Claire!

Claire has embellished the video title, based on a comment by Dr Füllmich about the level of this outrage. I wouldn’t ‘dispute,’ except to say it’s certainly in contention for the ‘honor’ of “The Greatest Crime Against Humanity Ever Committed”. Especially in the context of COVID being exploited by a relatively few very wealthy people and organizations to push thoroughgoing, societal engineering globally — a sort of phoenix rising from the deliberately wrought lockdown ashes.

All for the good of the people and planet, of course. Especially if you enjoy meticulous data profiling, total surveillance, with direct micromanagement and thought/behavior control via technology, the foundation being wireless telecom/WiFi. Important Note: The doctor talks about a “PCR test” having been created by one Professor Drosten – that was used by Germany to establish its lockdown – without having seen the Wuhan virus (SARS-Cov-2).

The earliest date I’ve been able to find on the isolation and genome description is 2/25/20. Thus, if Drosten created anything earlier, it was a crapshoot as the doctor suggests (but it also makes a point relating to the doctor’s account of herd immunity).

A bit tricky to get from the video, but clear as day in the transcript (an example what’s so valuable about it): In PDF paragraph C on p. 6, Füllmich notes the origin of PCR, its inventor Kary Mullis. I spent days off and on in vain trying to find a direct quote from Mullis about the function of PCR, namely, research only, not diagnostics. It seems there are only reports of this. Anyone?

Years later, a new ‘version’ of PCR (full name RT-PCR, RT referring to the process of converting viral RNA to DNA prior to the PCR process) was invented. It’s called “quantitative” PCR – qRT-PCR. The name is misleading, because it still won’t give viral load in the subject.
