Also, which Messiah was an argument of contention as Jesus the Christ was only one of many possibilities. Over the years, Chirst (literal translation: Messiah) became tied to Jesus but at it's base can be interpreted as "the way" by reflection of eastern doctrines. So, Judeo-Christian most closely translates to "Followers of The Way" where The Way essentially means the path to Gods favor.

(Worth noting is now Freemasons claim the only requirment is a belief in God)
1933 Nazis shut down all 9 German Grand Freemason Lodges , burned their libraries, nationalized their precious object & art collections , herded 70,000 of them into camps to wear a red upside-down triangle patch & murdered 100,000 more members. Worth noting is Hitler also, by way of the Havaara Agreement, sent upward of 100,000 Jews to Palestine to form what is today known as Israel. Did the stolen loot from the Freemasons fund this venture? Hitler was a public opposition to this movement and wanted to send them to The Canary Islands. He apparently wanted all Jews out of Germany, although he showed favor to the non-freemason jews…
