Dianne Feinstein Opens Barrett Hearings a Great Big Whopper About Preexisting Conditions

 

The Senate Judiciary Committee began hearings on the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett today, and Ranking Member Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) let everyone know what the Democrat members’ focus would be. On November 10, the Supreme Court will begin hearings on Texas v. California, which challenges Obamacare’s constitutionality. Feinstein was careful to refer to the legislation as the Affordable Care Act.

 

Judge Barrett has gone on the record stating that she felt Justice John Roberts’ majority opinion in National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius went beyond the ACA legislation’s scope to preserve the statute. For those who don’t remember, he classified the individual mandate as a β€œtax.” As the federal government has the ability to levy a tax, this fell within the scope of federal power.

 

The Trump administration has repealed the individual mandate, thereby leaving the legislation on tenuous legal ground. The questions before the Court are: (1) Whether the unconstitutional individual mandate to purchase minimum essential coverage is severable from the remainder of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act; and (2) whether the district court properly declared the ACA invalid in its entirety and unenforceable anywhere.

 

Feinstein also previewed that these hearing will be full of emotional, albeit questionable, stories. As the camera panned to the full room, you could see large pictures behind each Democrat senator, representing tearful stories, to be sure. The stories bring into stark relief the difference between Democrats’ and Republicans’ views of the Court. Emotional arguments may be compelling, but the Court should be deciding whether a law is constitutional.

 

To begin the emotional argument, Feinstein launched the preexisting condition lie:

 

Feinstein asserts that more than 130 million Americans will lose preexisting coverage if the ACA is repealed. Not all Americans will lose preexisting condition coverage. White House Urges Small Business Rescue Plan

 

The White House on Sunday changed tactics yet again on boosting the pandemic-hit US economy, this time urging lawmakers to back a plan to help small businesses weeks ahead of the presidential election.

 

The change comes after President Donald Trump's Republican Party and Democrats both rejected, for different reasons, a beefed-up $1.8 trillion economic rescue plan proposed Friday.

 

In a letter Sunday to Congress, White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin urged backing for a bill allowing some $130 billion in unused funds from a previous support plan to be redirected.

 

The money would be earmarked for businesses, particularly small and medium-sized companies, that are facing declining revenues while negotiations for more support drag on.

 

"Now is the time for us to come together and immediately vote on a bill to allow us to spend the unused Paycheck Protection Program funds while we continue to work toward a comprehensive package," the letter said.

 

It is unlikely that Democrats will accept the request with about three weeks left until the November 3 election and as Trump trails challenger Joe Biden badly in opinion polls.

 

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who is negotiating with the administration, has already rejected any idea of targeted measures, saying she wants broad economic support that she believes will boost activity.

 

The White House's new strategy comes after a week in which Trump and his team had already switched tactics, jumping between cutting off talks, returning to the negotiating table and targeted measures – but without much success.

"A Social Engineering Perspective on Q"

 

TLDR: Q prevented a falsely engineered civil war in America.

 

On the surface, Q is a backchannel communication program designed by the Trump administration maintaining plausible deniability while feeding misinformation to bad actors to create chaos and narrative confusion among their ranks. Some Q connections are confirmed while others are broken or plainly false. We already know Trump's white house strategy involves controlled leaks of all kinds coming from various angles to expose deep state agents, discredit the media and exercise control of the narrative.

 

Think of Q as just one version of this strategy playing out in the Patriot anon's online technosphere. Every time a major player or news organization prints a story that turns out to be completely false, that is more evidence of Q-like intelligence channels feeding misinformation intentionally to achieve an objective.

 

Secondarily, Q is a catch-all to deescalate 'at risk' military aged patriots from organizing any counter revolution or violent fomentation by opening up at least some level of communication direct to his support base. Q occupies us and leads us away from violent and vengeful thinking while Trump and his team carries out Plan A.

 

If it is plainly evident that Soros and others (ABC the Good Fight kek) have attempted to ESCALATE the brainwashed masses into a "resistance" frenzy… the Q program intends to prevent that boiling over into open conflict. Imagine a world where all we had was Trump's twitter and the MSM. I don't believe patriots would have unilaterally agreed to allow the charade to continue as it unfolded over the past two years.

 

If you are mad at Q, I challenge you to see it for what it actually is. If you are upset that your time was wasted.. and you felt you would have revolted and taken judgement into your own hands without being "misled" by Q, then you are living proof that the program is a resounding success.

 

In reality, the worst case is that ultimately Trump fails and we are forced to finally take care of the matter ourselves.. However, it is foolish to attempt anything now while at least our apparent ally holds the seat of power in the country. Vigilance yes. Violence, No. Not just yet.

 

If there was anything "Q" that was objectively accurate from a future past perspective, it was the assurance of the insulation of POTUS during the special counsel investigation when every news agency vehemently reported that Mueller was indeed going to take out Trump. In my opinion, patriots would not have been able to contain that level of pressure. Without Q, I think there is no doubt we would have experienced Nationalist patriot coordinated attacks on globalist controlled infrastructure.

 

With the global media at large, the "white Nazi resurgence" narrative would have been completed and America itself would be in a position not unlike pre-war 1930s Germany in view of the rest of the world. Very easy to convince the globalist controlled European states to rise up against the great Nazi America beast as righteous anti-racist coalition and essentially re-enact World War II geopolitics in a sickening casting reversal. If you pay close attention to major media and entertainment, (Charlottesville rally, Amazon's Man in the High Castle, Bethesda Softwork's Wolfenstein II The New Colossus, Ubisoft's The Division 2 etc.) you will see the predictive programming's attempt to create a believable "Nazi's in America" scenario.

 

This destabilization program is why the democrat left seems to be in another world. They actually are. Many Americans were successfully programmed to see a "New Nazi uprising" that they now must "resist" like their French progenitors in WWII. It is very real to them. Trump and the Q program actually STOPPED most of us from unwittingly performing an active role as "Nazi villains" in this globalist concocted civil war scenario. The language they continue to use in describing Trump and his base is the ultimate window into the social engineering the globalists have attempted to enact. When you feel the urge to civil war, try to keep this in mind.

 

Now we can all watch the next months unfold and evaluate in retrospect if Trump has accomplished enough to warrant our further support of a second term and ongoing peaceful civic responsibility.

Boris Johnson tonight warned that the UK cannot ignore the 'flashing warnings' about surging coronavirus cases as he plunged millions of people deeper into lockdown.

 

Unveiling his new 'Three Tier' system, the PM declared that Liverpool will be the first area to face the highest restrictions - meaning pubs being shut and households banned from mixing altogether indoors or in gardens.

 

However, there was anger as another swathe of the country is being thrown into the Tier Two bracket, with bars allowed to stay open but households barred from mixing indoors. Many of the locations already have similar curbs, but others - such as Manchester and the West Midlands - will see a tightening.

 

Confusingly some other places will have their rules loosened, as the arrangements are 'streamlined'.

 

Insisting he had no choice about acting as the UK racked up another 13,972 Covid cases today - up 11 per cent on last Monday - Mr Johnson said the other options were to 'let the virus rip' or 'shatter' the economy. Liverpool's case rate per 100,000 population has risen by 14.3 per cent over the past week to 609.

 

At a No10 press conference alongside Chancellor Rishi Sunak and chief medical officer Chris Whitty this evening, Mr Johnson said: 'These figures are flashing at us like dashboard warnings in a passenger jet and we must act now.'

 

He added: No one least of all me wants to impose these kinds of restrictions, erosions of our personal liberty, but I'm convinced as I've ever been that the British people have the resolve to beat this virus and that together we will do just that.'

 

However, Prof Whitty risked undermining the PM's delicately calibrated message by cautioning that the 'professional view' was that basic measures in Tier Three 'will not be sufficient' to control the virus. He urged local leaders to use the 'flexibility' in the rules to beef up the restrictions.

 

More than 17million people are covered by the two higher risk tiers in the government's new system, with the rest of England under the Rule of Six and 10pm curfew on bars and restaurants.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) told reporters on Monday that Democrats’ approach to the confirmation of Judge Amy Coney Barrett showed that they wanted a β€œpolitician” on the bench, not a judge.

 

Democrats, he said, think β€œall justices are politicians, and so they want a politician that’ll vote for their cases.”

Dump the dollar: Goldman warns US currency could plummet

 

Investment banking giant Goldman Sachs has recommended short positions against the US dollar, arguing that the risks arising from Covid vaccine trials and the US presidential election are skewed to the downside for the greenback.

US Hearings Reveal Washington’s Covert Support for β€˜Color Revolutions’ Around the World

 

Last week, the House Foreign Affairs Committee grilled Michael Pack, who President Trump recently appointed to head the US government’s state propaganda arm, the US Agency for Global Media (USAGM).

 

Pack was appointed in June and started a big shakeup at the US state media outlets run by the USAGM, like Voice of America and Radio Free Asia. Pack fired senior staffers, pushed out management, and froze funding.

 

During last week’s hearing, Democrats and Republicans on the committee teamed up to attack Pack for his purges. But what seemed more important to Congress and former USAGM officials was Pack’s move to freeze funds to the Open Technology Fund (OTF). The OTF was formed in 2012 and operated as part of Radio Free Asia for seven years. In 2019, the OTF became an independent non-profit, although it is financed by US taxpayer dollars through the USAGM.

 

According to former USAGM officials and OTF board members, the OTF supports protesters in other nations across the world. β€œIn many places around the globe, OTF quietly is providing support to protesters,” said Grant Turner, the former USAGM chief financial officer, who Pack removed in August. β€œSo the Hong Kong protesters are protecting their identities from surveillance by OTF tools; protesters in Iran; we’ve seen it in Beirut,” Turner said.

 

Ambassador Karen Kornbluh, who sits on the board of the OTF, also testified and spoke of how the OTF helps protest movements. β€œOTF has a long history of supporting internet freedom efforts, and was poised to expand its efforts in Hong Kong,” Kornbluh said. β€œIt was going to serve support for circumvention tools and expand support for digital training.”

 

Kornbluh explained that the USAGM froze OTF funds before China’s national security law for Hong Kong came into effect. β€œAnd then USAGM froze, and continues to withhold, its funding – and did that just weeks before the new security laws came into effect,” Kornbluh said. β€œSo OTF hasn’t been able to support any of these efforts.”

 

The frozen Hong Kong funds were first reported by Time magazine in June. According to Time, Pack froze $2 million that would have β€œdirectly benefited the pro-democracy movement in Hong Kong.” One project the OTF was working on in Hong Kong was a β€œcybersecurity incident response team” that would have analyzed Chinese surveillance techniques in Hong Kong. The team would have shared information with developers who would design apps for protesters to use. The freeze in funding made this project impossible to go through with.

 

Another OTF project hampered by the freeze was a $500,000 β€œrapid response fund, designed to provide fast relief for civil society groups, protesters, journalists, and human rights defenders.” According to Time, this initiative has already made several payouts to groups in Hong Kong since the civil unrest began in June 2019.

 

The cut in funding inadvertently revealed the US government’s covert role in the Hong Kong protest movement. The US government-funded National Endowment for Democracy also provides funding for β€œpro-democracy” movements in Hong Kong.

Smoke seen spewing from NUCLEAR submarine in Scotland

 

Images shared to social media from Scotland purport to show a nuclear submarine with smoke billowing from its tower in Helensburgh, Scotland. There has been no official confirmation of a fire.

 

Twitter users speculated that the submarine was on fire while sharing images of the boat flanked on all sides by tugboats.

50 Shot, 4 Dead After Chicago Weekend Gun Violence

 

Fifty people were shot, four fatally, since Friday evening across Chicago, according to local police. Five of those, as explained by Chicago Sun-Times, were teenagers.

Sunday

 

The last reported homicide of the weekend happened about 10 p.m. Sunday in Chatham on the South Side. Jeremiah D. McCoy, 25, was riding as a passenger in a car when a blue sedan pulled up and shot the man in the head in the 8600 block of South State Street, officials said. The sedan drove away traveling northbound on State Street, police said. The man who was shot was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he died.

 

Saturday

 

About 6:50 p.m. Saturday evening, one man was killed and three others wounded in West Garfield Park on the West Side. Four people were in a car about 6:50 p.m. when someone fired at them in the 100 block of South Keeler Avenue, police said. They continued driving to the 500 block of South Pulaski Road, where the car crashed into a Chicago Fire Department vehicle. A 21-year-old man was pronounced dead at Mount Sinai Hospital after being shot in the back and forearm. A 17-year-old girl and 19-year-old man were also shot in the back and taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition. A 34-year-old man was in critical condition at Mount Sinai after being shot multiple times.

Another fatal shooting happened early Saturday in East Garfield Park on the West Side. A 27-year-old man was driving north at 2:56 a.m. in the first block of North Kedzie Avenue when a tan minivan pulled alongside him and someone inside fired shots, according to police. He was shot in the buttocks and taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Two women were shot, one of them fatally, about half an hour before that in West Garfield Park. They were standing in an alley at 2:27 a.m. in the 4500 block of West Wilcox Street when someone fired shots. Mieya C. Sims, 25, was shot in the head and died at Mount Sinai Hospital, police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said. The other woman, 22, was hit in the right leg and taken to the same hospital in good condition.

 

Friday

 

A shooting late Friday night left a man dead and two other people injured in Roseland on the Far South Side. They were standing on the street about 11:30 p.m. in the 10800 block of South Calumet Avenue when a male walked up and fired shots. Tacarrene B. Scott, 37, was shot in the head and abdomen and pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said. A 33-year-old woman was shot in the abdomen and taken in serious condition to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. Another 37-year-old man was hit in the left leg and taken to the same hospital in good condition.

NYC Issues Over $150,000 In Fines During First Weekend Of New Lockdown

 

New York City slapped over 62 people, businesses and houses of worship with over $150,000 in fines during the first weekend of newly imposed COVID-19 restrictions against gatherings, as well as a mask mandate and social distancing requirements, according to the city's Twitter account.

 

Those summoned by the New York City sheriff include at least five houses of worship in the city's so-called "red zones" where COVID-19 infection rates are the highest. The institutions could face up to $15,000 in fines, according to Sheriff Joseph Fucito (via the NYT).

 

The Sheriff's office also broke up an illegal rave in Cunningham Park in Queens, where over 110 people had gathered to party. Officials cited and charged the event's organizers with health code violations.

 

New York officials say that large gatherings and poor adherence to social distancing recommendations have resulted in a surge of new cases - many of them in Orthodox Jewish neighborhoods - which resulted in targeted restrictions on large gatherings and nonessential businesses.

 

On Sunday evening, talk radio host Heshy Tischler - an Orthodox Jewish man who led a protest against the restrictions, was arrested by the NYPD warrants squad. He is expected to be charged with inciting a riot and unlawful imprisonment over an assault on a Jewish journalist during a protest last week.

 

According to the executive order issued by Governor Andrew Cuomo, houses of worship located in red zones are limited to 25% capacity, or a maximum of 10 people. In the city's "orange zones," it's limited to 33 percent capacity, while "yellow zones" are at 50 percent.

 

"I understand the desire to hold large religious ceremonies. I understand how important it is to their culture and to their religion," said Cuomo during a Sunday phone call with reporters. "I also understand that it, as a matter of fact, jeopardizes human life," he added.

 

Cuomo urged Jewish leaders to encourage congregants to stay home after reports came in that many synagogues had defied the state's order and held services anyway. His order, from Tuesday of last week, was issued during the Jewish holiday of Sukkot and right before Simhat Torah - which caused a massive backlash among the city's Orthodox Jewish community, resulting in a lawsuit filed in federal court challenging the constitutionality of the new rules.

 

Hundreds of demonstrators took to the streets in Brooklyn's Borough Park neighborhood, where the mostly Orthodox male gathering burned masks in the street. On Friday, however, a federal court ruled that Cuomo's new mandates could proceed, citing a responsibility by officials to keep "all New Yorkers" safe.

Some great men have streets named in their honour, even greater men have towns or even cities named after them, so how to compare a man after whom they named large swathes of Africa? That man was Cecil Rhodes, who founded the colonies of Southern and Northern Rhodesia, renamed Zambia in 1964 and Zimbabwe in 1980.

 

Born in 1853 at Bishop’s Stortford in Hertfordshire, Cecil was the sixth child of the Reverend Francis and Louisa Rhodes. A sickly child, Cecil suffered generally from a weak chest and in particular was asthmatic. It was possibly due to this ill health that he was denied the public school education that his three brothers enjoyed at Eton and Winchester, and why he was sent instead to the local grammar school.

 

Three years after his arrival in the colony Cecil had amassed sufficient funds from his business ventures to buy himself the β€˜gentleman’s education’ he had previously been denied. And so in 1873, leaving his business partner C D Rudd to look after things in the colony, Cecil set sail for England and Oriel College, Oxford.

 

Over the next eight years Cecil bounced back and forth between his Greek and Latin classics studies at Oxford, and his business interests in the dust bowls of the Kimberley mines. During his stints as an undergraduate at Oxford it is said that he paid his way from a box of diamonds he kept in his pocket. By the time Cecil graduated at the age of 28 he was an extremely rich and influential man indeed. Basically there was a server in Benghazi that Hilary intended to get captured by (IIRC) the Bin Laden family with classified Nuclear info and SAPs. In the oftentimes combative interview, Kelly reeled off several human rights abuses carried out by the Chinese government, which has been accused of the ethnic cleansing of Muslims, torture, forced labor, coercive population controls, forced abortions and forced sterilizations.

 

"The question remains, why won't you and the NBA explicitly condemn that?" she asked Cuban, one of the league's most vocal owners.

The league came under fire last year when Houston Rockets General Manager Daryl Morey expressed his support for pro-democracy protests in Hong Kong in a seven-word tweet: β€œFight for Freedom. Stand With Hong Kong.”

 

China's communist government pulled Rockets merchandise off its shelves and removed some NBA games from state TV, with the tweet also prompting many Chinese corporations to end their sponsorships with the league.

 

The NBA called Morey's comment β€œregrettable” in an effort to contain the economic damage, drawing howls from critics for not standing up for free speech.

 

Cuban during the interview with Kelly also hit the league for poor promotion of the NBA Finals between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Miami Heat, which were the least-watched on record.

According to the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), every two minutes a child is being victimized for sexual exploitation. U.S. Senators Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) and Tina Smith (D-MN) introduced the Human Trafficking and Exploitation Prevention Training Act of 2020, which would prevent the human trafficking and exploitation of children by providing grants critical for training students, parents, teachers, and school personnel to understand, recognize, prevent, and respond to signs of human trafficking.

 

Specifically, the bill would issue grants to non-profit organizations and schools to develop and implement age-appropriate, culturally competent, and gender-responsive curriculum, all while prioritizing geographic areas with the highest prevalence of human trafficking.

 

β€œThe thought of anyone, let alone a child, falling victim to the sick and inhumane crime of human trafficking is unthinkable. Locations such as group homes, bus stops, playgrounds, and local malls have become stalking grounds for predators to prey on youth.
