Jesus is saying that telling children that thier natural body functions are inherently evil, and that children are inherently evil, is EVIL in and of itself.
Let the children play and learn. Teach them truthfully. Tell them no lies. When you mislead a child, you wound them before they are old enough to face the harsh realities of the world.
Live in the moment, use your eyes, and listen to God, like children do.
So do you beat your children for asking questions or just lie to them and tell them to go away?
