I don't think we all know what's going to happen with how this all moves forward. CM (Ron), I believe, is showing anons "How to proceed forward" with reporting images (especially of children) we may come across inadvertently or during digs.

I like this theory. Could be using his twitter as bait to see what floods the boards.

 

I also think his recommendation of where/how to report these things is a piece of information many didn't already have. I know I didn't. I've been filing anonymous FBI tips.
