I've often thought that myself. Whomever
the black hats are they've been tracking me for years. Even downloading on my devices and deleting from my devices. That's why I screenshot everything I take from the internet now. If they remove it from the internet it will disappear from the device. Also have had 3rd party interference on my phone calls. You can hear them in the background. Many are Arab speaking.
