There was an anon that used to make a bunch of these. I'd post stuff, include an image (usually a redhead) and get back some neato artwork. If that's been you all along, art anon, TY.
Theory:
Virginia might be a WH controlled asset.

Anons that may be current/retired aviation personnel/pilots (planefags) use tools to watch air traffic, and look for things like pictures drawn in the sky (in the form of flight paths) and callsigns. These occurrences are nifty to observe because they often draw Qs in the sky, or have Q or other nifty Q-related things in their names.
