Any more on this disturbing image? I can come up with a couple ideas.

First is harvesting of products of the body. Blood, semen, adrenaline, stomach bile, pancreatic fluids, bone marrow, spinal fluid etc. Looks like a feeding port directly to the stomach.

Another thought is "jar baby" being grown in a comatose state until needed and all the plumbing is for keeping "it" healthy and growing.
