this has been going on openly for 30 years, havesting organs, they just got better at getting more organ than kidneys, lungs
it's done out in the open, the medical system is paid for it, takes a lot of money to do it, what an industry we support
don't know about all that but, they could, what they have been doing is keeping "bodies" alive to keep the organs alive until they can harvest them, you would need to read up on brainstem function and what actually the body can do without more than that to fucntion
